Very nice hotel with great location, easy to access the lake. Hotel is very new and staff are very friendly. Great room layout with charging cables provided. Rest area provided next to the reception. Lots of eating place nearby. Highly recommended and definately will come back again.

An average hotel with great service.  The employees were very friendly but the facilities are lacking. I booked a guestroom because it featured a ceiling window. However, the one feature I was looking forward to was disappointing because the exterior had not been cleaned and was dirty. It was slightly disgusting to even look at. You could also see the wear and tear on the window frame as paint was coming off and even rusted in certain spots. The other aspects of the room however were acceptable and clean.  In terms of view, even though I had a lake-view, there wasn’t much to see. But this is simply due to the location of the hotel, and is an inherent weakness.  I think this hotel is making an effort to become a great hotel and it is getting there. It just needs to focus on some of the small details.

My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. I have stayed in so many places, Only Vienna Hotel satisfied me the most, The service attitude is impeccable, From the entrance to the exit, There are smiles everywhere, The facilities and equipment are even better, First-class experience and first-class hardware, A lot of thought has been put into the sanitation work, Elegant environment, a well-managed hotel, I will definitely choose Vienna again for my next trip, I will definitely come back to experience the feeling of being at home

Very central location with shopping centre right across. Room is nice with good view, very spacious. Housekeeping staff is very helpful and friendly.

Parking is in the underground garage, next to the shopping plaza, it is very convenient for eating and shopping, the hotel is super large, it took me a long time to find the room number, the room is quiet, clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to stay. The girl at the front desk is very considerate. I asked the waiter to send an extra set of toothbrushes and slippers in advance when there were three of us checking in. The service attitude is very good. I will choose it again next time I go to Zhaoqing.

We arrived before the check-in time (11am) thinking to store our luggage at the reception, but the receptionist told us the rooms were ready and was kind enough to check us in early, which was a pleasant surprise :D The rooms were nice and clean, no smell of smoke, stable WiFi connection. The rainfall shower head was a bit leaky, but the regular one works fine. It was a little tricky to get the water to the right temperature, but with some trial and error it's not a big problem. The hotel is located conveniently near the Seven Star Crags (just a tunnel away from the Paifang square), and there are many shops within walking distance. Recommended for travellers visiting Zhaoqing!

Highly recommended, cost-effective hotel! The location is very convenient. The Seven-Star Archway, Seven-Star Rock, Yanqian Village, Qilou Street, and Song City Wall are all within a 10-minute drive. It only takes about 20 minutes to get to Baoding Garden. There are also many food options near the restaurant. There is also a free parking lot, which is very suitable for self-driving! In addition, the hotel does not have many breakfast options, but the variety of each type is complete. Booking breakfast together with the room is very affordable and worth purchasing. Stayed for 3 days, the room was cleaned very well, and the supplies added every day were also very complete!

Check in clerks were polite and efficient. The room was large and clean and everything worked seamlessly in the bathroom. The location is not too far from the Seven Star Scenic Area, and overall it was an excellent value for anyone looking to stay at a bit of a more upscale hotel in Zhaoqing.

It was my first time to eat buffet in Zhaoqing. I didn't expect it to be cost-effective. The food was very fresh and there were many varieties. I just didn't make a good plan. It was a bit far from the hotel I booked, mainly because there were a lot of cars during peak hours. It was very fast to come back after eating, and it only took seven or eight minutes. In addition, the midnight snack stall recommended by the hotel was also very delicious. The seafood was affordable and fresh, and the taste was mainly Cantonese-style blanched, dipped in special soy sauce, and the taste was very delicious. The average cost per person was only a few dozen yuan. It was within walking distance, so there was no need to worry about drinking.
