The newly opened hotel is not a smoke-free hotel and there is a smell of smoke in the room. The vanity mirror has no light! Smear face wash and makeup! The bathroom will leak from the crack in the door and the floor will overflow! There is a coffee machine at the front desk. I asked for a cup of coffee, but told me that it needed to be cleaned the day before or something and it couldn't be used! The next day, I was told that it needed to be cleaned the day before and could not be used! The key is that it has been three days, but you are cleaning it, are you waiting for the guests to clean it themselves? ! In short, it was my first time to come to Zhengzhou, and it was also my first time to encounter such an off-the-beaten-path hotel. It can be said that there was no service.
