我一般不喜歡評價，哪怕稍微有不滿，也不喜歡去斤斤計較，都不容易。但是昨天晚上在這個酒店住的是真的讓人生氣。首先300塊錢的房價不含早在鄭州也不算低，這個價格房間一般，環境也不咋地，服務差勁。昨天晚上半夜停電，一晚上沒睡好，到第二天早上9點多都還沒有電，我喜歡早上出門前洗個澡，也沒洗成，將就着洗了個頭也沒法吹乾，就下樓了，下樓問前台怎麼停電了，前台跟我説因為昨天晚上下雨，11樓12樓都停電了，工程部已經在維修，然後就沒有了，沒感覺到因為停電對顧客有什麼愧疚，我雖説生氣，想了想也不能都怪他們酒店，就算了。這個時候差不多8點50多，因為看他們有送站，我就跟前台説了需要送站，專門強調我9點55的高鐵，最遲9點30之前一定要能出發，前台跟我説沒問題。然後就上樓吃早餐了（我還有一個朋友也在這住，他定的雙早）。9點20左右吃完早餐到樓下，問前台，是不是可以走了，前台説馬上，然後跟我説給我叫車，我聽了一愣，問不是你們酒店的車送站嗎，前台跟我説酒店的車去洛陽了，她給我叫網約車，説已經叫好了，還讓我看了，還有四分鐘到，就讓我去等着，我想着算了，就這樣吧，我站在馬路邊等了8分鐘，到9點30受不了進去問前台，她跟我説還有三分鐘，讓我再等下，我當時就差點罵人，過了8分鐘，跟我説還有3分鐘，我之前還專門強調了我是9點55的車，都已經9點30了，前台還能説出讓我再等等，都沒想下我還能不能趕上車了？我忍住沒跟她發火，立刻又自己叫了一個車，兩分鐘車到了，我上車之後給酒店打了電話，前台接的，我跟她説，讓她訂單取消吧，不用了，人跟我説剛跟司機通電話，馬上到了，我聽到這話瞬間就火大了，不過想着跟她再多説也沒有什麼意義，就直接跟她説了，我肯定會給你們差評。然後跟我叫的車的司機説了9點55的車，讓人幫忙儘可能快點，也就是司機大哥比較給力，給我十分鐘送到橋上，橋上特別堵，一上去司機就説你趕快下車跑着去檢票吧，要不估計趕不上，我下車一路跑着去安檢，安檢完又一路跑着去檢票，在剛變停止檢票的時候趕到了，安檢的人也還挺好，讓我進去了，再晚30秒，安檢都不會再讓我進去。其實別的什麼的我都無所謂，但是你們對於你們顧客的態度我是真的生氣，都沒有想着站在顧客的角度去想想嗎？

印象非常深前台一個姓侯的帥哥從剛開始辦入住就一直給人非常喜歡的感覺送飲料還幫忙房間升級讓我們一家三口住最合適的房間中間不管什麼事兒都可以滿足半夜房間水不夠喝了還是親自把水送到房間真的住的很舒心也感覺到酒店的認真服務真的好住過的一家不錯的酒店

前台小猴不僅人長得帥也很有氣質大廳非常大方亮堂服務特別好房間設施都非常好用馬桶是智能的洗澡出水很大很舒服辦入住的時侯還貼心的送了水很不錯房間枕頭有硬枕頭軟枕頭睡着特別舒服房間還有音箱可以播放音樂

酒店離高鐵站挺遠的，叫了出租車去要 20 多塊，想退掉重新訂的，想着到也到了就算了，入住後覺得還不錯，類似亞朵模式和裝修，去年新建的，所有設施都很新，退房時下大雨，前台幫忙叫出租車，但是 20 分鐘車還未來，趕緊去乘地鐵，服務經理撐傘拿行李送到地鐵站，這點還是很貼心的，地鐵 20 分鐘到高鐵站，還挺方便的，下次來還可以考慮這裏，周邊一圈都是各種吃的，方便服務：好環境：好衞生：好設施：好精美伴手禮（隨機小零食）

很不錯的酒店，雖説不是獨棟的那種酒店，但是房間確實高品質的，空間很大，床睡起來很舒服，不軟不硬，吹風機還是戴森同款的，洗澡水也很給力，出熱水快，也很大；停車是立體車庫，前台會幫忙去刷卡取車。
