專門挑了價位比較高的舒壓大床房，結果住的一言難盡！僅有的幾顆星也完全是給前台服務人員的！！！
大床房全部臨街，而且是文化路主幹道，玻璃的隔音效果奇差無比！對聲音敏感的一定不要選大床房！！！晚上實在受不了，專門管前台要了耳塞，可是，近400的房費總不是讓我用難受的耳塞睡覺的吧！為了考試入住的，結果一晚上衹睡了兩個多小時……考試跟夢遊似的！！！早上去前台反應情況，服務人員的反應滿分，但是如果一個酒店靠的不是品質，而是服務員的道歉和態度，也着實夠不上“全季”這個品牌了吧！
桌上茶台🍵裏的黃色不明液體，漏水的淋浴房……高管們得空時也住住自己的品牌店體驗一下真實的客户感受吧！

特別特別nice的酒店，因為特別早（7點多）到鄭州，直接到了酒店，因為前一天客滿，前台的小姐姐（丸子頭）説一有房就馬上打掃給我辦理入住，我問她沒辦入住可以直接洗衣房洗衣服嗎？她核對我的入住訂單，就直接給我刷卡讓我去洗衣服了，過了9點多，他們交接班之後，有人開始退房，有一位齊肩短髮的小姐姐，先讓保潔阿姨打掃出一間房，讓我住了進去，第一次到鄭州，全季也住了很多次，這次體驗感是最舒服的一次👍👍👍

以為會很吵，結果還好，房間沒有想象中的大，還特別定的舒壓大床房，感覺沒有註明的房間面積大，比較緊湊，其他還可以，出行方便市中心但是比較堵車，旁邊有個星星人打卡的地方，不感冒就沒去），晚上去吃的那個阿五的黃河大鯉魚

酒店已經來了很多次了，挺方便，乾淨衞生，窗簾一拉睡的還可以。吃飯也挺方便，隔壁就有飯館，安靜，上菜也快，套餐性價比高。跟客户邊吃飯邊談事都不用走遠。還不錯吧。
