Service: It was really speechless. I was worried about the inconvenience of dining out during the Spring Festival, so I specifically booked a room with breakfast. It was not until I checked in and asked about breakfast that I was told that the hotel did not have breakfast during the New Year period and could only provide simple meals, including an egg, a bread, and a milk, instead of the 58 yuan breakfast per person shown on the page. There was no prompt on the booking page, and the hotel did not contact me in advance. It was already 8 o'clock in the evening on the fifth day of the first ***** month, and there was no time to change hotels. I reported it to the platform afterwards, and the platform actively handled it. The hotel only had the front desk contact me to resolve the issue, and no hotel manager contacted me. I don't understand how such service can be rated as a 4-star hotel. Moreover, there were many people setting off firecrackers around on the fifth night of the New Year, and the windows seemed to have almost no sound insulation, which greatly affected our rest.

There were strange noises coming from the bathroom all the time, and the bath water was hot and cold. Even when I adjusted the water temperature to cold, it was still hot and cold. It was very strange! ! The room is not soundproof and you will be woken up by noise from the corridor in the middle of the night.

The key was that the front desk clerk was always unaware of the problem because of shift changes and needed repeated communication. I bought a room with breakfast included, but they said there was no breakfast. The refund process was complicated and they said they would only refund half of the difference in breakfast price...
