The hotel is convenient and clean. The check in process was very smooth. The service from check in counter staff,小郭 is excellent and helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel again in the future visit.

The hotel is very convenient as the Central Business District metro station is just outside the hotel, there is also a convenient store just beside the hotel. Supper is also provided. I would like to thank Guke for the excellent service provided.

Overall good hotel however the midnight snack is a bit deceiving as they did not provide much food. The auntie Guo ShuFen is very nice and provided us with lots of tea and water. Thank you!

Friendly team, spacious rooms, and very comfortable beds. The on-site restaurant was a highlight with delicious meals and great ambience.

Novotel was my favorite brand. Paid 3 rooms 5 nights. All of us can't sleep as stinky air from rug and AC won't cooler, we have to emergency check-out after 1st night. WHEN get our 4 nights money back? Bill, front desk manager answered us in 3 business days.

There was a hole in the body towel. The front desk receptionist is a 4 star who doesn't speak English at all. Unfortunately. I waited for 1 hour to get into the room I reserved because the receptionist did not speak English. And very slowly
