位置距離地鐵比較近，出行方便，一走就到。周邊也有吃的。
設施：基本齊全。就是感覺冬天到了可以再加厚點被子，主要是怕冷星人體感比較敏感。不過住的當天還行，也沒凍着，第二天出了超級漂亮的大太陽，亮堂堂的，心情很好。

服務態度不好，説話特別難聽，還有就是，我住了一晚上，恰好那一天都沒有熱水，一問，熱水壞了，後來我租了長住房，結果一個月，我幾乎沒有洗過幾次熱水澡，都是温冰水，特別是找老闆溝通問題，老闆明確的表示，服務不是時時刻刻服務，我想知道，我們給了錢，他們服務不是很正常的嘛？結果，我笑了。最後退房的時候。還不退按金。一問，沒住滿三個月，還大言不慚的説。多少人在我這裏住，我們七八十個人，衹要不住滿三個月，都不退按金。從來就沒有退按金這一回事，簡直了。鄭州有這樣的酒店，簡直就是禍害，危害別人，坑騙別人

前台小哥服務態度很好，酒店離地鐵站非常近，位置很好找，過來比較方便，房間設施比較完善，有吹風機，衞生一般，但這個價錢很划算了。

主要是為了看演唱會，坐兩站地鐵就到奧體了，不過住宿環境一般，並且牀頭櫃非常臭一股臭腳丫子味，一開始我還懷疑是自己腳臭自己的鞋子臭，找了好久發現臭味源頭就是這個牀頭櫃，巨臭

很偏很偏，去了告訴我沒房，要我多給錢，沒房就別賣啊，位置超級偏僻，離二七要做一個小時地鐵，晚上地鐵還不通，衹能打車，加錢住的還沒椅子，吃飯衹能坐地上，白天樓道沒亮超級陰森，超級避雷

差評給在態度上。本來還是基本滿意的，對於馬桶堵了兩次第二次還是我們自己通的不想麻煩酒店，第二天熱水是涼的整整一天都是涼水我們晚上要出門都是洗的冷水澡，燒水壺水垢多到不知道有沒有清洗過根本不敢用……以上都包容了但是最後因為沒退按金問了問，答覆是超時不退但是我朋友説來催的時候她就馬上要走了且不論是當時還是提前都並沒有説過不退按金這種事。給的回覆是酒店都這樣不需要提前説，額不提前説你催的時候也得説吧，莫名其妙毫不知情就被扣了按金我説我不接受結果前台就沖我叫起來了，情緒這麼不穩定打什麼工啊。被這個態度氣到了🙄️
