The facilities are average, not even worthy of the price of the hotel. The price is extremely high, the sanitary conditions are very poor, the furniture is old, the room environment is very poor, and the service and breakfast are average.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening of the day we checked in. When we entered the room, we found that the sheets were dirty. We contacted the hotel to change them to clean ones. There was no apology from the hotel front desk to the cleaning lady. The shower in the bathroom is speechless 😒. There is a high one on the ceiling. Many holes are blocked by scale. Opening it is like a goddess scattering flowers. I, a girl, have to bend down slightly to use the low shower head. Let’s talk about check-out again. I booked this hotel purely because my husband found this hotel on ** and said it was good and that the check-out time can be until 6 pm. Then I booked it with Ctrip. The check-out time written by Ctrip was the afternoon of the next day. At 3 o'clock, before going out at noon the next day, I asked the front desk to confirm the check-out time. It was said to be 6 o'clock, and then I went out for food and shopping. After 2 o'clock, the hotel called me and said that the check-in time was overdue. Because the check-out time was early because I booked it with Ctrip? ? ? ? After answering the phone call, I returned to the hotel to pack my luggage at 2:46. When I arrived at the door of the room, the room card was invalid and the door could not be opened. Is this the right time for Ctrip or the hotel, or because the platform and the merchant have not communicated! Anyway, it was the worst experience from check-in to departure. Charges were leaked everywhere in the room, such as disposable toilet seats and laundry detergent. I will never go there again.
