The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Special mention to Mr Aaron at the front reception who helped us with our airline tickets as the Airline company staff was unable to understand our English.
One thing they should improve on are the labels on the food items in the breakfast, since its an international chain they should consider these labels for international guests. The labels should in my opinion explain properly the ingredients or contents of the dish

Metro station is just right outside the hotel, although the place is a bit aged but the room is well kept and clean. Will recommend.

I wish there could be a door between the shower and the bathroom as it's very steamy and the mirrors are all fogged up. The bathroom flooring has buckled too so I can't close the glass door to prevent the steam from getting out to the bedroom.
The staffs are great as they brought in a air purifier as I was concerned that there is smoking smell on my smoking floor but otherwise all things are good.

The hotel is perfect. Manager Daisy contact me before checking in and ask for my personal preference. Their staffs are all warm-hearted and professional. The rooms are well-desighned. It's a nice trip and I will definitely come back again.

小心，这不是一家安全的酒店
when we checked in a drunk man come to us and he spoke to us harshly using a lot of offensive racist language , the hotel staffs they even didn’t say anything or report to police . It’s unsafe hotel for foreigners

Disappointed! I stayed here for 3 nights for business. Thought it was a Marriott brand and shouldn't be an issue but I was surprised of my experience. The hotel is a bit run down where the furniture are chipped and scraped. Stain on the carpeting and bathroom tiles are broken and stained. Had to change room because the AC was not working, but the second room was no better. WIFI was so slow that I have to resolve to my phone's hotspot. Only saving grace is that the staff tried at least to be helpful. Won't stay here again!
