But I am really impressed by the sound insulation of this hotel. The sound of the upstairs guests pulling stools, walking, flushing the toilet, and the sink and shower room is so loud that it explodes. The sound of the guests next door talking and watching TV is so loud that every word can be heard clearly. The sound of the guests in the corridor is the same as if the door is not closed. With this kind of sound insulation, I even suspect that the partition wall is made of paper. Secondly, the hotel’s service, the hotel reduced the price on the day of check-in, but did not actively inform me when I checked in. I accidentally discovered it when I booked the follow-up, and the price reduction was very large. It was not resolved until I contacted Ctrip, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, the hotel asked me to show the order to confirm the number of breakfast when I checked in, which is not a big problem in itself. But you kept saying something about system problems in front of the guests. Should this kind of thing be said in front of the guests? In fact, this is nothing, a small problem. But after contacting Ctrip to refund the price difference, I returned to the hotel to get the room card after a while, and the front desk copied and pasted the above operation again. Then the screen that made me angry and funny appeared. After confirming my new order, they started to say in front of me that the system showed a problem with the number of breakfasts. I was curious, is this matter so important that it must be said in front of the guests? As a former hotel practitioner, I can only say that this kind of service training is too amateurish.
