衞生特別乾淨，房間特別大，有電梯也很方便，整個環境都非常好，這是第二次住了，老闆還給我們延長了半個小時，因為我們是4:00的車，空調特別製冷，就是這次的房間水壓有一點小，但是其他的都非常完美，電視特別大，投屏也很方便，Wi-Fi特別快

本次入住怡心城居連住了兩天，整體體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔，智能設備操作也非常便捷，床品舒適，每晚都能睡得很好。管家熱情周到，有任何需求都能迅速響應。酒店位置優越離農科路酒吧街不遠，周邊美食和購物場所豐富，出行非常方便。下次來鄭州，還會選擇這裏！

酒店位置便利 周圍設施配套齊全 對攜帶寵物的家庭比較友好 這個價位還能這麼乾淨以及位置便利的酒店真是不多了 打算下次還入住 就是酒店的洗衣機擺放不是很合理 甩衣服的同時連同機身從台階上掉了下來 着實嚇了一跳 我覺得這個可以改善一下

設施：房間設施齊全，智能鎖，小愛同學智能化一鍵操控窗簾電視空調燈光，智能馬桶，還有小冰箱和微波爐，非常方便。還提供了歡迎小食。
衞生：衞生也很乾凈
環境：酒店位於公寓樓，周邊配套齊全，一出門就有各種店鋪，購買東西非常方便，樓下就有吃飯的地方。雖然沒有梯控，但是大廳有物業管理，也相對比較安全。
服務：客服服務到位，有問題能及時解決，很棒！溝通愉快！
每次去鄭州都住它家，希望越做越好
