Atour's consistent style is simple yet extraordinary. The decoration is of sufficient quality, the bedding is comfortable to sleep on, the room is clean and sanitary, and the front desk service attitude is also very good. Unfortunately, the room has an interior window, and I couldn’t borrow nail clippers for 2 days 😂

The hotel I booked to watch Zhang Jie’s concert It's pretty good. It's a 3-5 minute walk from Wutong Street subway station. Go to Olympic Sports for a total of 4 stops. Well enough. Nice location. The hotel rooms are all large in all seasons. Very cost-effective

The worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed in. I stayed here for 2 days. 1. When checking in on the first day, the front desk directly put the ID card information side up, and checked in several people at the same time. There were many people at the front desk, and there was no privacy. This was a situation that other Atour hotels did not have. 2. The air conditioner in the hotel was very loud. Even if it was turned on to the minimum wind speed, it was difficult to fall asleep. I was woken up by an outside businessman at 6 o'clock in the morning on the first day, and the air conditioner was so noisy all night the next day that I couldn't sleep. 3. When I returned to the hotel after the first night, I found that the washstand was not disturbed at all. The room was in a mess as shown in the picture and I had to call the front desk to ask someone to deal with it. And this is not an isolated case. The bathroom of the person traveling with me was also not cleaned, and I had to call the front desk twice before it was handled. 4. This time I stayed in a wooden room. The layout of the room was very poor. It was not as good as a normal superior double room.

I am very disappointed with this Atour. There are stains from the floor to the sheets. There are hair and fibers on the washbasin and the bedside table is greasy. The service attitude and breakfast are still very good, but hygiene is a red line.

一直對亞朵酒店的服務有着很高的評價，但這次經歷讓我真正體會到了什麼是頂級服務帶來的温暖。上個月，我獨自帶着兩個孩子到鄭州旅遊，入住了亞朵酒店。晚上11點多，小女兒在沙發上玩耍時不小心碰到了頭，頓時大哭不止。我急忙從床上下來查看，發現她頭上有個小口子，心裏頓時慌了神，手足無措。抱着試一試的心態，聯繫了酒店前台。沒想到，幾分鐘後前台的小姑娘就趕到了房間。她瞭解情況後，迅速聯繫了經理和店長。很快，經理和店長也趕到了房間。考慮到我帶着兩個孩子，晚上出門不便，經理主動留下照看我的大孩子，而店長則貼心地幫我拿着衣服，開車送我和小女兒前往醫院。到了醫院，急診室人很多，店長讓我先抱着孩子坐在椅子上休息，他自己則忙前忙後，掛號、排隊、取檢查單，幾乎包攬了所有瑣事。看着他忙碌的身影，我心裏充滿了無法言表的感動。幸運的是，檢查結果顯示孩子並無大礙，店長又開車把我們安全送回了酒店。回到房間後，我發現酒店為我們準備了熱牛奶、零食和玩具，這份貼心的關懷讓我們倍感驚喜，心情也放鬆了許多，最終安心入睡。第二天，店長還推着車送來了水果和特意為孩子準備的玩偶，並關心地詢問孩子的恢復情況。下午退房時，酒店還為我們準備了熱礦泉水，細節之處無不體現着他們的用心。在這個寒冷的冬季，亞朵酒店的服務讓我感受到了無比的温暖。女兒也在酒店的暖心服務下，沒有因為受傷而受到驚嚇。這一切都要歸功於酒店無微不至的關懷和專業服務。今後出行，我還會繼續選擇亞朵酒店，也會推薦朋友入住，因為這裏不僅提供舒適的住宿，更讓我感受到了家的温暖。
