I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel with it's friendly staff and excellent service. Although the hotel location is not the best, a bit far from the main city attractions, but there is a metro nearby if you need to get to the both of the city railway stations or even to the airport. This hotel would be good for stopover or business travellers wishing to enjoy the fast service, absence of noisy crowds, good cuisine, or simply to rest after the flight.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new and have a very high-end fragrance! Hygiene: The hygiene is good and the room is cleaned in time! Environment: The environment is very good. The City of David is downstairs. The hotel can be directly reached, which is very convenient. Dining and shopping can be satisfied in one stop! The staff was very helpful and professional. They knew what to do and were well trained. They gave us water when we arrived because it was very hot outside. Harry and Criska help us! The hotel is at a good location near buses and subways. The rooms were clean and well maintained! The breakfast was good. I wish that it had a small selection of American foods because it is an American brand. However, in general it was good and decent food with big selection and decent coffee and tea! We would come back!

It's not easy to park downstairs, and it's hard to find the place. I made a phone call to find out where to get in. I booked an extra-large bed, thinking that the mattress was complete, but I didn't know it was put together. The hygiene is just that, and my skin always feels itchy at night. , I didn’t sleep well either. I could clearly hear the snoring next door. I don’t recommend it!

The service, especially from the ladies at the reception was excellent, the room large and nice. The location is very separated, it's far to go to find a food shop or a restaurant. The VIP-Club had excellent food and very friendly and helpful people. The restaurant downstairs confirmed my bad experiences with Sofitel restaurants.
