Hotels in Zhengzhou East High-Speed Rail Station Area, Zhengzhou

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the East Station. However, walking there in summer can be uncomfortably hot. While the hotel is a bit dated for a Holiday Inn Express, the rooms are surprisingly spacious, though some of the fixtures and fittings are quite old. The breakfast, however, is a significant cut above other Holiday Inn Express locations, though it gets incredibly crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find a seat. The hotel's immediate surroundings also present some significant drawbacks. South-facing rooms directly face a shopping mall under renovation, and the mall across the street seems to be constantly either receiving deliveries or disposing of trash. To top it off, the road right in front of the hotel is a one-way street. These external factors are indeed quite problematic. Fortunately, the hotel staff are all very attentive, and any issues or feedback are promptly addressed. The hotel is also reasonably priced, making it a worthwhile stay despite its drawbacks.

Service: First and foremost, a huge thank you to staff member Xiao Huo. He contacted me a day in advance to confirm my needs and even upgraded my room. He was incredibly prompt in answering all my questions. The lounge staff were also very warm and welcoming. Facilities: The new InterContinental truly shines, boasting excellent amenities and beautiful design. The lounge also offers fantastic views. Both InterContinental properties in Zhengzhou maintain a good standard. However, the surroundings of the Dennis InterContinental are quite run-down, and the views aren't impressive. The Zhengdong InterContinental, on the other hand, is excellent, offering genuinely good views. While the amenities here are slightly less impressive than at the Dennis InterContinental – for instance, the TV and sound system aren't quite as good – these minor shortcomings are easily overshadowed by its many strengths. For breakfast, the Roujiamo (Chinese burger) and noodles were delicious. While the selection of stir-fried dishes was a bit limited, the overall quality of the breakfast was still very high.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the high-speed rail station, subway station and provincial orthopedic hospital. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants around, and it is very convenient to the central city and major scenic spots. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, has an underground parking lot, spacious and clean rooms, powerful air conditioning, timely and clean sanitation, and provides sufficient drinking water every day. The bathroom is divided into dry and wet areas, with plenty of hot water, making bathing very convenient. The price is very reasonable among hotels of the same level. I have to say in particular that the pick-up and drop-off service is considerate and thoughtful. Our group of six had just arrived in Zhengzhou, so we called the front desk to request a pick-up just to give it a try. When it was almost time to get off work, the hotel chef braved the heavy rain and traffic jams to come to the high-speed rail station to pick us up and help us with our luggage. It was really touching. Overall very satisfied, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, cost-effective, worth recommending! I will stay here again next time I come to Zhengzhou👍👍👍

I was on a business trip and passed by Zhengzhou. I found a treasure hotel near the East Station. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt a strong youthful and active atmosphere. From the colorful decoration style of the lobby to the sweet greetings of the front desk lady, I recharged my tired body and mind for a day. The hotel's facilities are really complete, with a gym, laundry room, public computers, and even a book bar where you can borrow books! The bed in the room is also very comfortable to sleep on, not too soft or too hard, just right, and there is a mobile desk and a very comfortable office chair. The front desk lady told me that it was a special ergonomic chair of Huanpeng, which is more comfortable than the one in my office. I plan to buy one back. The breakfast is very rich, and there are Henan's special spicy soup and fried dough sticks. It was a very good business trip experience. I will probably choose this Huanpeng in the future!

The air conditioning in the room is adjustable, not dry, the front desk remembers the preferences of the guests, the service is attentive, and the facilities are great! A small gift was sent at check-in, very pleasantly surprised, the room facilities are new, the use is easy, the service is super intimate!

Very close to the subway station, the room is not big, all aspects are good, the only thing I want to complain about is the membership service of the whole season, I am already a member of Huazhu, but the front desk customer service is still at 11 o'clock on the day of check-out, I called to urge not to continue to live at 12 o'clock, I said I am not a member? The front desk customer service actually answered me because I was in the room set at Trip.com , ***? ? ? ? ? Membership also needs to distinguish whether you must book a room on your Huazhu Club app to be called a member? What is the meaning of the membership card I spent money on? Although I still said that I had a late check-out later, it still made people feel very uncomfortable. From Kaifeng to Zhengzhou, this situation has appeared twice in a row. It is really a good feeling.

30-35 mins from airport . We arrived early and staff give us to check in early so we can get good rest.attentive staff and they try they best to fulfill our need .Breakfast is very good ,plenty selection .Room is clean ,shower room is good .TV is 65inch.the only things bad about China hotel is have smoke smell.Every hotel I have been in China,same issue and don’t know why . 4 star ,can’t go to 5 star hotel

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room they arranged was quiet and comfortable. It's only a two-minute walk from the East Railway Station. The room facilities were very convenient; there was a one-button call button by the bed and a delivery robot. The self-service lockers on the first floor were very convenient. I would definitely choose Orange Hotel again next time I'm in Zhengzhou.

A lovely hotel, super close to the train station, making a convenient point to navigate your trip to famous destinations in the area. The apartment was very cozy, new and well kept with all amenities insuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast choice was rich and delicious. The front desk employee was very efficient and offered a complimentary breakfast for my daughter. This place is worth staying in during your stay in Zhengzhou.
