A truly five-star experience with five-star service. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was spacious and the overall stay was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in and a small farewell gift upon departure. The hot water for the shower wasn't quite hot enough, but when we reported it to the front desk, their response was incredibly quick. The engineering team immediately came up to adjust it – that level of responsiveness is truly commendable. The next day, we booked the hotel's car service to visit Shaolin Temple. The concierge team generously upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz executive van free of charge. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was an excellent driver – both fast and steady. We wish the hotel continued success and a flourishing business.

Pros: * **Prime Location:** The hotel boasts a superb location, just a short walk from Erqi Square. David City mall is conveniently located right downstairs, offering a diverse array of shops and restaurants to suit all budgets, making dining and entertainment incredibly accessible. There's also a small gate from the hotel that leads directly into People's Park, just a few steps away. While the park is quite large with rich vegetation, it offers limited recreational activities. * **Excellent Service:** Hotel service is outstanding. Dedicated staff provide comprehensive assistance from pre-check-in to post-check-out. When guests head out for sightseeing, staff at the entrance proactively offer bottled water. Areas for Improvement: * **Room Odor:** Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable lingering smell of wood paneling or new furniture.

Let's just say, my first hotel stay in Zhengzhou was quite an unpleasant experience. Allow me to outline a few issues. Firstly, the most immediately noticeable thing upon entering the room was that the children's bed wasn't properly made. Then, in the bathroom, I found short hairs on the toilet when I wiped it myself. Secondly, the front desk informed us that food deliveries could either be brought up by the delivery person or via a robot. As we were with our child, we opted for robot delivery for safety reasons. However, the delivery driver left the food downstairs. I waited for over 15 minutes, but it never arrived. Assuming the robot was busy and my order was queued, I called the front desk to inquire about the wait time. To my surprise, they told me they were busy, the robot wasn't working, and they could only send it up once they were done with their tasks. This really highlights the poor service attitude of your front desk staff. We ended up going downstairs ourselves to collect the food, only to find that my order had no receipt. This certainly annoyed me. Leaving the delivery person aside, how can you permit unidentified items to be left in your lobby? Meals are simply placed there without receipts, and it seems no one in the lobby is responsible for overseeing this. What if a dangerous item were hidden inside an unreceipted order? Your hotel's safety awareness is severely lacking, and your management in this area is quite deficient. Thirdly, and quite unexpectedly, your restaurant was perfect. I was initially curious why breakfast was served on the 28th floor. Upon arriving, I discovered it offered fantastic views of the Erqi Tower, and the staff even activated the rotation feature, allowing us to enjoy a revolving rooftop restaurant experience during breakfast. This was an excellent experience. The restaurant staff also provided very good and enthusiastic service.

The front desk lady was very helpful. The hotel is very close to 27 Square, just a short walk away, and the City of David is about 200 meters away, making transportation quite convenient. The intersection is very convenient, and the hotel has smart toilets and smart curtains throughout. Free milk tea, coffee, sweet milk, and soy milk are available on the first floor. Mahua (fried dough sticks), a washing machine, dryer, and ice machine are all self-service, very convenient. The hotel also has smart toilets and smart curtains throughout. The room is big enough, the facilities are new, the bedding is clean, and the soundproofing is good. The best thing is that there is a bus stop and taxi at the door of the hotel. There are often several taxis waiting for passengers, which is great for people who take a taxi when they go out. There is no need to find a taxi or wait for a taxi. There are welcome fruits, and the takeaway is delivered by a robot! Recommended!

It rained when I arrived at the hotel. The service staff at the front desk answered the phone very friendly and took us paper. About the room: The room we stayed in was also on the high floor, with a wide view and a great view. The details in the room were excellent, the mattress and pillows were moderately firm and provided a quality sleep; the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the most important thing was sufficient water pressure; there was also a smart toilet and a small refrigerator, which was very convenient. For high-speed rail needs, you can choose here, by the way, the Erqi Square of Dehua Street is finished.

The room facilities are very new, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and I slept very comfortably. An amazing hotel with great staff and location! The hotel is in the famous ErQi Square downtown area of Zhengzhou. It is literally right next to Xidajie subway exit. As soon as you exit B, you got escalators in to your left you’ll see the hotel. Can’t get better than that! The trip from Zhengzhou Airport will take your 1.5 hours from walking in and out almost but cost only 7 RMB. Most affordable way unless you need to get a taxi and are rushing. The hotel is very clean, good water, pressure in the bathroom and shower and air conditioning works great. I didn’t get to check out the small gym or the restaurant that is within the hotel but I’m sure it’ll be just enough for any traveler. And once you go outside, you will find much more options for food, supermarkets, etc. I’ll for sure be staying there again because it’s for the convenience!

The room is spacious and bright, the accommodation is very comfortable, the service quality is very good, they are responsive and proactive in helping guests solve problems and difficulties. I have lived here for a long time. The hotel's service from the lobby to the housekeeping department makes me feel at home, just like at home. I am very satisfied with the overall service of the hotel and I am also very touched. Guests can rest assured to stay here.

The transportation here is incredibly convenient, with direct bus routes. The service is excellent, the environment is great, and it's right next to David City. There are also plenty of dining options nearby! I stayed for several days on my independent trip. Definitely a highly recommended place!
