This stay was very disappointing. Shuxiangshijia is also a good hotel chain. First of all, the room was in very poor condition, with obvious stains on the carpet, the table was extremely dirty, the bedside was extremely dirty, and the toilet in the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Secondly, the facilities in the room are old, the TV cannot be turned on and is just a decoration, and the air conditioner is noisy and can't heat up, which affects sleep. The service is also unsatisfactory. Front desk staff were indifferent. Finally, less than an hour after I checked in, the hotel immediately lowered the price. In short, this stay experience was far below expectations, the cost performance was extremely low, I would not recommend it to friends, and I would not stay here again.

The service attitude of the front desk receptionist was quite average. The door locks of both rooms could not be locked, so they changed the room. The hygiene was okay, but the hardware facilities were quite old. See the pictures for yourself.

A very good experience. When I first entered the lobby, I saw Luckin Coffee. The room I arranged was very well-lit and I could see the scenery outside the window. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was also very fast in solving problems. I could ask her anything no matter what, and she also helped me. I sorted out the Zhenjiang travel plan. The facilities in the room are complete and the bath water pressure is sufficient. Shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and disposable toothbrushes are also prepared. The hotel also has a laundry room with a garment ironing machine, which is very convenient. There is a lounge chair in the room and a bed with four pillows. The quilt is large and soft and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

酒店位置比較偏，不過對於追求慢生活的人來説卻是理想之選。基本硬件中規中矩，該有的一樣不少。但酒店是與其他公司合租一幢大廈，總有點變扭。八樓的餐廳早餐品種有限，這家餐廳也是方圓兩公里內的唯一選擇。寫到這裏才發現我竟然沒有拍一張酒店的照片。 PS 樓道里不時傳來的快遞員敲門聲，不是很習慣。

房間整體還行，衞生可以，裝修時間比較早但還不太陳舊，樓道中的佈置比較温馨，字畫好看，雖然個別字寫得不對，一般看不出來 早餐不算太好，但和平時價格比起來也還可以

前台客服超有耐心，態度特別好，有問必答超細緻！房間隔音絕了，關上房門特別安靜，晚上睡得超踏實。早餐種類超多，中西式都有，食材新鮮味道也棒，吃完超滿足！
