The landscape of the surrounding area was ideal. The garden was well kept. However the room carpet not very clean. The general cleanliness in the bathroom was acceptable. Service was excellent. We forgot our password of the deposit box. The maintenance guy came and politely said must call the manager who came shortly after that. They were both very polite and professional."

"This is the worst Hanting Hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a room in advance, arrived at 3 PM, and was told there were no rooms available and I'd have to wait, disrupting my rest and travel plans. Hanting's usual friendly service was nowhere to be found at the front desk, and the staff's operations and responses were very unprofessional. When I returned to the hotel at 8 PM, there were still children playing in the front desk area. Furthermore, the tables and chairs by the window, intended for guests, were being used by staff for meetings. The standard fruit platter on the table, presumably for guests, had no protective measures; weren't they worried about the potential for contamination from talking? The view from the first-floor room with the curtains open was unbearable. The room had terrible soundproofing; I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. Also, the hidden drainpipe in the bathroom was extremely noisy whenever the upstairs neighbors used water."

After checking in, I found that it was very clean, tree-lined, and birds and flowers were fragrant.
