Very good butler service. They contact us one day before our stay. Always keep us updated on the day’s activities. To me, their service is better than Desert Star Hotel’s . Hot pot buffet dinner is good. The night show at Tonghu Grassland is awesome. It’s raining when we reach there but luckily the show not cancelled.

一泊二食cp值高，早餐及晚餐非常豐盛，尤其是晚上的自助小火鍋，青菜種類選擇多，座位寬敞舒適，飯店帳篷內部空間夠大，管家阿輝服務非常到位，回應都非常即時，附贈的通湖草原篝火晚會跟馬術表演非常精彩，整體行程非常滿意👍🏻

房間不錯，環境很美，管家小趙的服務很好，能做到事前服務，所有的活動都能做到事前通知，房間很滿意，尤其是恆温泡池，真的是非常大的亮點，晚上的馬到成功篝火晚會體驗也非常棒，自助餐味道很好，總之是一次非常開心快樂的出遊，有機會還會再次入住。

管家阿興服務很好，響應非常快，酒店的工作人員也是有問必答，擺渡車很多，接送很快，早餐晚餐都很好完全吃的撐，帳篷也挺乾淨的，玩沙子很方便

酒店在通湖草原景區裏面，帳篷留在沙漠裏，每個帳篷門口都有免費的滑沙板，挖沙工具，小朋友玩的很開心；住宿包含自助早餐和自助火鍋晚餐，晚餐還是不錯的；管家有問必答，挺好的。就是遇到了停水和沙塵暴

服務很好，管家會提前聯繫。越野車從景區門口送至酒店。帳篷房中規中矩，設施是齊全的。感覺最出乎意料的是餐食，比想象中好很多。適合親子出遊。
