Zhongwei Diamond Hotel is really great. When I booked the hotel, I thought the price might be a bit too high. After staying in the hotel, I felt it was totally worth it. The room is beautiful and fully equipped. You don't have to queue up for the butler to take you to play. Dinner and breakfast are delicious. You can play in the sand outside the room. There are even souvenirs when you leave. Absolutely! I will come back next time... Thanks to the exclusive butler James Marco, the room manager Guo Hui, and the scenic area butler Bert. It's a great experience. Diamond Hotel and Star Hotel have the same owner, so if you want to go to Star but can't book, you can go to Diamond to experience it.

The room is clean, well-equipped, very stylish, and the supplies are high-end. Disposable toothbrushes are all electric, and coffee beans are also provided. The hotel arranges full-time butler service. If you have any questions, you can communicate in the group at any time. There is a special car to pick you up anywhere in the scenic area. The free breakfast and dinner are also very good, with fresh ingredients and exquisite cooking. Although the variety is not particularly rich, it is very delicate and delicious.

The Diamond Hotel in the desert has great service and a rich breakfast. I couldn't believe I was in the desert. The room facilities were very good, and all the electrical appliances were high-end. The housekeeper would also send different messages and weather forecasts on a regular basis every day. We did our best to solve any small problems we encountered. I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

The taxi service is slow, and the activities do not require reservations, but the control of the number of people in the activities is not sufficient. For example, the child was picked up in the middle of the care, and no staff came to check in the end. . . This is the first time I have encountered such a care.

I had longed for the Desert Diamond Hotel, so I set off in the off-season. The hotel has a lot of activities and you can spend a day in the hotel when the weather is bad. The food in the Black Diamond Restaurant is delicious. The housekeeper contacted me the day before the trip to ask about my needs. The staff can be contacted 24 hours a day during these three days and two nights. I would like to give a big thumbs up to the housekeeper Ada and the front desk Xinyao. Their warm and thoughtful service warmed my trip.

It was also very beautiful after the weather cleared up. The room was not small and the division was reasonable, so it was not cramped. There was a sandboard toy at the door of the room and we could play with it at the door. Facilities: Although it is in the desert, the hardware is serious, and the Smeg coffee machine and packaged coffee beans are carefully configured. However, if you are picky about coffee beans (the beans are average and not particularly fresh 🤫, I feel it can be improved), Bowers & Wilkins airship audio, and Lulu yoga mats are also provided. Because the environment is dry, there are many water supplies to remind you to drink more water. The details are aesthetically pleasing; Sanitation: Sand is swept every day , but the cost of sanitation maintenance is quite high because of the wind and sand; Service: The staff and housekeeper James are very responsible and thoughtful. They will help us call a car when we go to the scenic spot, respond quickly to questions, and remind us of the weather every day; the lady in the restaurant and the chef of the beef noodles for breakfast are also very good, and they will satisfy you as long as you ask for the width of the noodles; parent-child activities are to be participated in the Star Hotel, but the attitude of the staff in the handicraft area during the afternoon activity time at the Star Hotel is not so friendly. It can’t be said that they are stern, but they are basically mechanical and expressionless without a smile on their faces. I hope to improve it. After all, there are so many children. If they can keep their childlike innocence, it will be more beneficial to carry out activities.
