The room is well-equipped, the customer service is very attentive, the room has a wide view and good lighting. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes and tastes delicious. The aunts are very welcoming and most importantly, the room is very clean and tidy, which is awesome! We also went to see the night view of the Drum Tower in the city center in the evening, which was only a few minutes' walk away.

This stay experience really exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the hospitality and attentiveness of the front desk lady made me feel very friendly. The check-in was quick and efficient. She also told us about the surrounding shopping malls, snack streets, and nearby tourist routes. My expectations were instantly full. The room is spotless, the mattress is soft and comfortable, the food and sleep are good, and I feel happy every day.

The shop next door was under renovation, and there was a lot of noise at 7am. I was planning to extend my stay, but then I changed rooms immediately...and many standard services were not available, such as laundry. It would be best to call and ask before checking in. The decoration is also old-fashioned. Although the room is large, I personally don't like the decoration style. In short, the overall facilities and services are average, and the price is a bit expensive and not worth it. There are better options near Gulou for the same price.

Zhongwei is a very beautiful town with many hotels. The prices vary, but there are not many hotels that cost more than 200 yuan. I chose this hotel and marked it as 4 stars on Ctrip. In fact, the hardware facilities were too poor. The reception hall was rustic and untidy, a bit messy, like a low-end hotel. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast which was so bad! I judged it by 4-star hotel standards: I've seen bad ones, but never this bad. There are only a few of them, and they are all vegetarians who eat grass. That bun must have been left for a few days, right? How can I have the nerve to serve it on the table? Whoever comes first can get a bowl of millet porridge. "Those who come late will have none left. That’s all we have," said the waiter! If you can't even guarantee the supply of millet porridge, you should stop running this hotel. You are cheating your parents and your guests. It's a cruel job!
