Really cool experience walking out of your room straight into the powdery sand dunes. The hotel had its own private play area with ATVs and camel rides which was great, because the common facility for other tourists is the same but with longer queues. Overall nice amenities, a smart tv even, and a really nice glamping experience. I appreciated the hot pot buffet dinner too.

房間特別棒 裏面裝修是有點藏族風格 投影的熒幕 外形也比較特別。每個小木屋都有合適的距離，出門就能玩沙子 。拍照出片！還有個沙漠巨石陣！星星酒店的木屋是每個挨着很緊的！
缺點也有 沒有公區游泳池 大堂設計很low 廉價 大堂就是公益性圖書館，任何人都可以進 ，早餐 晚餐 不是一般的差！

工作人員負責，服務好，出了房間就可以滑沙，酒店門口有娛樂項目離沙坡頭景區也很近，進出酒店車接送很方便，有機會還來

房間非常好，走出落地窗就是沙漠，而且每個房子間隔也比較遠，私密性很好，視野也很開闊。床鋪乾淨舒適，兩大一下，酒店幫我們把兩張1.2單人床合併在一起，晚上降温也不怕空調很暖和，冬天還有暖氣。還有就是服務非常好，從開始訂房打電話諮詢就非常有耐心給我講解房間問題，旅遊線路問題，我一共打了兩次電話，通話時間都很長，前台服務人員真是又有耐心又專業，到店之後也是一如既往的服務好，無論前台，接駁車司機師傅，餐廳服務人員都是服務很好，熱情有耐心，這可能也是我們西北人的特質熱情好客！總之這個酒店很滿意，值得再來。還有小朋友的活動，手工啊觀星講解啊，還有夜晚的煙花很美！特別感謝前台小蔣，因為我聽出來電話應該是她接的，到店之後服務也是無微不至。照片都是本人手機實景拍攝，真的很美！
