3. The most important thing is that the service attitude of the staff I encountered was excellent. They took the initiative to help with luggage on the day of check-in, and tried their best to meet the needs of guests despite the tight supply of housing. When I came back from buying watermelon, I took the initiative to help the kitchen cut it into pieces and put it on the plate. When I checked out, it was noon. Knowing that we had to catch the high-speed train, I was afraid that the children would be hungry, so I specially prepared a bag of snacks.
In summary, this stay was an excellent experience, and my family was very satisfied. They unanimously agreed to stay at Jasmine Hotel next time they come to Zhongwei!

I didn’t expect that there is a self-service laundry room with washing and drying in one, which is very considerate for people who travel long distances! While waiting for laundry to be done, the magazines and tea in the rest area next to it make you feel comfortable.

WWitidaWe came to Zhongwei only to visit Shapotou desert park. This hotel is not at the center of the district and you need to walk or take a taxi to get there but I recommend here to all who like a relax/green atmosphere. The hotel buildings sit in a big garden. We stayed on the second floor and there's a lift. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose both savory and sweet. The staff was helpful and polite. They gave us medicine footbath on the first day we arrived.

When checking in, the front desk did not mechanically go through the process, but asked the purpose of this trip as a friend. I learned that I was traveling. Not only did I quickly check the message, I completed the procedures in 3 minutes, but also sent a warm welcome tea, explaining the surrounding attractions route and breakfast opening time in detail. Even reminded me that the room has a viewing perspective and the details are full. Nancy, the front desk assistant, was incredibly efficient with her check-in process, smiling throughout and providing smooth and thoughtful communication. The room was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning was at just the right temperature, and it was incredibly comfortable. From the amenities to the service, everything was impeccable, earning a five-star rating! I especially want to praise Nancy, who was both professional and warm, and made this trip a fantastic start. A children's washing set and red dates are given as a gift when you check in. The location is great. You can eat right at the door after playing. There are fruit shops and specialty shops across the street. You can visit Gaomiao, Drum Tower, and Xiaoling Liangpi nearby. I forgot to take pictures after staying for two nights.
