一大家出遊就定了這個民宿，老闆服務態度還是很好的，基本上是有應必求反應很快，沒水了就送水，就是遠程指揮阿姨收拾衞生這個狀態和服務模式有待改進，衞生情況非常需要改進，冰箱裏有很重的腥味，廚房用具油也很重，餐桌上也有擦不乾淨的油漬，卧室水槽的水漬也很多…洗手間馬桶很舊了…床下面的灰塵死角很臟，窗簾的灰塵味道也很重，也有煙味兒，沙發縫隙臟東西一眼看見，户外平台和小花園也是很久沒收拾的感覺…老闆説會改進也不知道改進沒…
如果想走高端路線麻煩用點心，一直這樣的狀態的話……夠嗆，反正我是不會再來了…
這個價格，五星或者亞朵這類的應該會更香吧…

我們全家這次的住的朱家尖民宿，超棒，體驗簡直絕了！位置優越，它就在朱家尖的核心位置，去哪兒都方便。周邊還有好多美食小店，而且交通也超便利。房間也很有特點，裝修得超級有品，每一個細節都能看出老闆的用心。傢俱啥的都很新，住起來特別舒服。房間的佈置也很有格調，拍照超級出片，隨便一拍都能在朋友圈收穫一堆贊。
這家民宿真的給我的朱家尖之旅增添了太多的美好回憶。民宿老闆也特別熱情，服務超級周到，有啥問題都能及時解決。強烈推薦這家民宿哦！

淡季公司來舟山普陀山團建，體驗非常好，四居室也是一整棟大別墅。周圍很安靜，去海鮮拍檔和碼頭都很近，高性價比！民宿乾淨又衞生。雖然下着雨，但老闆娘一路非常關心我們，有問題都及時回覆我。還準備了水果，暖暖的很貼心。

照片沒有別墅實物一半好看！位置很好。去碼頭和景區開車幾分鐘。小區門口也有小超市水果店和早餐店。住着很舒服！！！

別墅的老客人了今年升級了卡啦ok和switch遊戲機 我們嗨了一宿 今年新換的做飯阿姨必須誇獎 做的比去年的好 並且很健談 這家民宿以後變成了我家每年在舟山的聚集地了

我要給這家別墅大大的好評～！！民宿裝修佈置非常用心，每個角落都充滿了藝術的調調，還有後院的花花草草，以及噴泉的造景，一切都非常美好，大家住宿的心情也是非常喜悦～ 住宿條件非常滿意，每個房間都有衞生間，洗澡上廁所都不用排隊，最重要的床墊無論小朋友還是家裡長者都覺得非常不錯，軟硬適中，睡眠很好～位置離我們去南沙以及普陀山也很方便；這次我們還自己在別墅拜託小姐姐找阿姨做飯，真的真的性價比拉滿，尤其衞生方面自己都看得到，吃起來非常放心，阿姨還按我們的喜好來做，廚藝也棒棒的！總的來説，這次是99分的行程，還剩一分明年再來找房東小姐姐補上～～
