The location is very strategic, you could access to park and shopping area directly next to the hotel. Remember to bring your own travel adapters. they only have type A and I. As this is 5-star hotel, I would have expected their socket would support type C."

Although you can't sunbathe, the cloud-shrouded sea views have their own unique charm. What a coincidence, Huan Xiaopeng perfectly met our needs: comfortable accommodation, close proximity to the pier for activities, and a wide selection of nearby dining options. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home."

I'd definitely choose this Hampton by Hilton again for future visits! It would be even more perfect if the breakfast selection were a bit richer."

The overall environment was quiet and pleasant, without any noisy disturbances, ensuring maximum comfort. My room experience was equally great. The room was spacious and bright, with a practical layout. The desserts were delicate and not overly sweet, and the drink options were diverse, far exceeding expectations. The evening happy hour was even more delightful, with a wide variety of hot dishes, snacks, and beverages. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, easily satisfying all my dining needs. The handmade ramen, prepared by a chef, was wonderfully springy. It was great to enjoy such satisfying meals without having to go out. Aries, a staff member in the lounge, provided attentive service. She was proactively warm, responsive, and promptly refilled water and cleared plates. Her service was considerate yet unobtrusive, always maintaining a professional and gentle attitude, taking attentive service to the highest level. In addition, the hotel's location was excellent, with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding facilities, making it ideal for both business travel and leisure. The check-out process was also efficient and quick, without any complicated procedures. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant. This stay, from the environment, rooms, and service to the core executive lounge experience, had no shortcomings. It truly made me feel at home. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends seeking quality accommodation."

The hotel is centrally located in Zhoushan, within cycling distance of Binhai Avenue, Changzhi Island, a popular camping site, and Ocean University. Baolong Plaza is right next door, and there's a park in front of the hotel, making dining, shopping, and strolling very convenient. The hotel and room decor feature bright and vibrant colors, giving it a very stylish feel. The elevator car has a cool, dark, 'magic cube' vibe."

"Some of the pillows were very dirty, and some had obvious marks (I don't know if they were worn through or burned). The front desk staff were very friendly, upgraded our room, and even gave us fruit. However, the pillowcases in the upgraded room were torn, with a hole in them. The air conditioner was also broken; even though it was on cooling mode, the room was consistently very hot, leading us to believe there was underfloor heating. We couldn't sleep all night because it was so hot. We eventually guessed the cooling system was broken and slept with the window open. Although the price wasn't high, using such torn and dirty bedding really shows the hotel's concern. The sheets were also yellowed, which the housekeeping staff said was due to the lighting. I suggest the hotel change the lighting to avoid any misunderstandings."

"This was my second stay, and it's super close to Banshengdong Wharf. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, I'd recommend Gaojia Zhuang, Xiaoxixi, and Yuanwei Yuanzhi. There's also a fast-charging station right next door. The breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. They have an excellent laundry room, and parking is convenient and free. Definitely worth coming back to!"

The breakfast spread was excellent, the room was spacious, and the mattress was comfortable. It even had a voice assistant for wake-up calls. The in-room Wi-Fi was fast, and there was plenty of parking, including charging stations in the underground garage, which is really convenient for electric car users. "This hotel is located in Lincheng, right next to Baolong Plaza, making dining very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable to stay in. The room view was excellent with plenty of sunlight. Whenever I saw a staff member, they would always greet me warmly. The housekeeping was impeccable; the floors, tabletops, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless. The bedding was very soft, and both the pillows and duvet were comfortable, ensuring a sound and peaceful night's sleep. Judy's service was very attentive. The front desk staff were quick and welcoming during check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. Mineral water and toiletries were replenished daily, and clothes were tidied up. Any requests made by phone were attended to within minutes, very responsive. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, including breakfast delivery, local Zhoushan snacks, freshly baked bread, fruits, milk, and more – I had a hearty breakfast every day. It's an older hotel, but the facilities are very comprehensive. The gym and pool are excellent, with well-equipped machines for a great workout experience. There's also a huge children's playground that's safe and fun, keeping kids entertained for a long time. Visiting during the off-season offered great value for money. I will definitely come back again."
