"1. The most important thing is that the room is not soundproof at all. On the first and second floors of the duplex suite, you can hear the conversation very clearly. If you are traveling as a family, it is best to book two separate rooms. Or a suite in a better hotel 2. The facilities in the room are at the level of an average budget hotel. 3. There is no place to eat or any entertainment facilities below the hotel, both for adults and children. 4. The service is ordinary, not like a high-end hotel. It’s hard to describe, it’s just a feeling. Overall, it's at the level of a budget hotel. The supporting facilities are far from adequate. Is the price good? It's more comfortable than high-end."

"The hotel facilities are new. The bed, bathrobe, etc are in good quality. Leaky bathtub, I filled for a long time to find it barely reach half. The location is very strategic, you could access to park and shopping area directly next to the hotel. Remember to bring your own travel adapters. they only have type A and I. As this is 5-star hotel, I would have expected their socket would support type C."

The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light and offered pleasant views. The soundproofing in the room was also very good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. All the amenities were neatly arranged and complete, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff provided warm and thoughtful service overall. Judy at the front desk handled my check-in smoothly and efficiently, and she was polite and enthusiastic, even proactively recommending local attractions and places to visit. For daily needs like drinking water or simple toiletries, the room service response was always prompt, and all requests, big or small, were handled patiently and appropriately. Many small details reflected their attentive service attitude. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and it's easy to explore nearby attractions and find places to eat. Recreational facilities like the gym and heated pool are all available. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, including many local Zhoushan specialties, most of which tasted excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with every aspect. Choosing this hotel for a vacation in Zhoushan will give you great peace of mind. Next time I visit this area, I will likely choose to stay here again."

"Arrive at around 5pm and check in directly. After seeing the deluxe duplex room type online, you might expect it to be a bit high. When you open the door, it feels quite depressing. The room height is relatively low. The typical apartment room equipment is older because the room near the sea smells like pets and the floors are full. It's wet. There are two separate rooms, the upper and lower rooms. The soundproofing is slightly poor. It's suitable for families. The price is still very friendly. Remind friends who need to stay here that the hot water supply here is an independent water heater for each room. You should take a shower as soon as possible. Do not use it continuously, especially girls, otherwise there will not be enough hot water after washing. We bought breakfast separately for 18 yuan per person. The fried noodles and cucumbers and pickles tasted okay. There is really nothing else to recommend. There is no milk."
