It is very convenient because you don’t have to take a car to get here. The room is clean and the service is warm. The waiter brother C1238 who delivered fruits was particularly warm and funny. The housekeeper manager sister when we checked out was also very warm and wanted to give gifts to the children who were traveling with us. The saltwater hot spring in the hot spring area is also clean. There is also a private hot spring on the 4th floor rooftop of this hot spring hotel, which is only for hotel guests. It is especially suitable for bringing children to play without worrying about disturbing others. I give it a five-star rating."

"Had such a wonderful experience in Palm Spring Hotel. Ms Tse at the front desk was ever helpful and taking care and answering our queries all the time. Hotel provide free shuttle service from Gongbei port to their hotel. Just need to call them or made arrangement with frontdesk. There is a wellness spa massage centre right opposite the hotel which is great for relaxation."

"Nice apartment. Near Gongbei port to Macau and Zhu Hai Railway Station. 24hour front desk service(can easily communicate through wechat app) Helpful and responsive staff. They provide washing machine + dryer and detergent for laundry in house. ❤️Just one thing I don't like is the room is full of smoking smell(there is no non-smoking room available in this hotel). But staff try their best to help me settle this issue👍🏻👍🏻"
