Guest UserWe drove here for a weekend getaway with the family, and the stay was really hassle-free, perfect for anyone looking to slow down and relax for a couple of days in Jinwan.
The hotel lobby being on a higher floor is quite unique. Standing by the lobby window, the architectural lines of the Jinwan Art Center spread across the water. On a cloudy day, it has a soft, subdued feel, and after the lights come on in the evening, it's a completely different ambiance. When we checked in, we casually mentioned we had two kids, and they proactively reminded us about free parking, pool operating hours, and a complimentary first round of mini-bar drinks.
We booked a lake-view room, and upon entering, it didn't feel cramped or small at all. There was still plenty of space to move around even with our luggage, the kids' beach bags, and snack bags spread out. My favorite feature was the full-length windows throughout the room; they let in ample natural light during the day, preventing any dim or stuffy feeling. The room's layout was practical, with a small relaxation area by the window where you could unwind after a tiring journey without having to immediately lie on the bed. The mattress had just the right firmness, not too soft that your back would ache from sinking in, and there were two types of pillows to choose from, which is great for people with different sleeping habits.
Breakfast at Zhenchu was perfectly suited to Cantonese tastes. The freshly made noodle station is worth trying; the broth was light and not heavy. Western options, salads, fruits, and yogurt were all well-stocked. Food replenishment was quick; even when we went close to closing time, there weren't just a few sad leftovers that nobody bothered to refill. The restaurant also had large floor-to-ceiling windows. Finding a window seat and enjoying our meal slowly while looking out at the lake view really brought out that relaxed vacation vibe.
The outdoor pool on the 6th floor was the most pleasant surprise this time. It directly overlooks the lake and the Art Center, the water looked clean, and there were lifeguards on duty, which made us feel much safer bringing the kids into the water. The 24-hour gym had enough equipment, perfect for a quick workout in the morning or evening. There was also a small children's play area with building blocks and picture books, simple but sufficient, allowing adults a brief moment of rest.
Just a small, objective observation: this area is not particularly close to the main urban area of Zhuhai, so it's more suitable for self-driving. Relying on public transportation to and from the city center would take a considerable amount of time, which is something to be aware of before traveling.
Overall, there are no exaggerated 'influencer' gimmicks here; its strength lies in its stability, comfort, and practical details. It's suitable for families with children or friends looking for a leisurely trip, art exhibition visits, or a short seaside getaway in Jinwan. I would definitely prioritize this hotel again if I come back to the Aviation New City area.

Guest UserFirst off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash.
Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K.
The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

YindunzhilongThis hotel was my choice for a summer family trip, booked in advance with a 'stay + play' package. We arrived around 4 PM and I was still surprised by how massive it is. The penguin theme is really distinct, and it was packed with people – clearly a popular place! There were staff members everywhere. We took their advice and went to the Ocean Kingdom first, entering in minutes through the hotel's exclusive pass. When we returned after 6 PM, it was indeed less crowded, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and odor-free, with child-friendly toiletries. The air conditioning worked great, the bedding was comfortable, and we had a view of the Ocean Kingdom from the window. We even discovered we could see the fireworks show at night, though unfortunately, a heavy rain that evening meant we had to miss Lang Lang's performance. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, explaining everything we needed to know about our stay and the park. For breakfast, they sent a QR code via WeChat, so no need to check at the front desk. Breakfast offered a huge variety, both Chinese and Western, and even though there were many people, it didn't feel chaotic. There was plenty of seating, and after a satisfying meal, we headed back into the park, full of good cheer. It was a very satisfying travel experience.

遊子身上衣I've stayed here many times before, and I really appreciate the lobby manager helping us adjust our room. The room was still comfortable and spotless, and breakfast, as always, was of a high standard. I especially recommend the fresh fruit juice – it's genuinely freshly squeezed and delicious! Plus, the biggest advantage is the convenient transportation. You can reach the Macau border crossing in just 100 meters, which is so handy, especially with the heavy rain these past few days. Being able to cross the border completely sheltered was a huge plus! 👍

Anonymous UserThis is an older hotel located in a bustling area. The sea-view rooms offer a distant glimpse of the 'Fisher Girl' statue, though it's more of a 'glimpse' than a full 'view.' It's a shame that for such a well-known, established brand, the facilities are quite disappointing. It's also not very friendly for those driving. On a weekend affected by Typhoon Nangka along the coast, hotel parking became a real headache. Most of the B1 parking is outdoors, so you're bound to get wet in a downpour. B2 is an underground garage, but it's really only convenient for check-in. Once you're checked in and want to leave, it's a hassle. You check in at the front desk on the first floor. Out of 5 elevators, one is permanently stuck on the third floor. Of the remaining 4, only 2 go down to B2. To exit with your car after checking in, you first have to go to the first-floor front desk to scan a code. After scanning, if you get an elevator that only goes to B1, you either have to transfer to an elevator on the other side of B1, or hope you get lucky and catch an elevator that goes straight to B2. Because when you press the button on the first floor, the B1 elevator arrives first, and the B2 elevator will show it's going up. Unless there are other guests in the elevator also going to the garage, but you still need to scan on the first floor to leave, so the chance of getting a direct elevator to B2 is practically zero. The rooms are a bit larger, but the amenities are inferior to newer hotels. Tissues are only available at the sink; there are no tissues on the desk or nightstands in the room. The bathroom also lacks disposable toilet seat covers, which was quite disappointing.

Anonymous UserPerched 300 meters high, the 42nd-floor lobby, with its dazzling crystal chandeliers, creates an incredibly atmospheric vibe. I booked a sea-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the Cross Gate waters and the Macau skyline. The sunset at dusk and the neon lights at night were all within sight. The bathtub by the window was perfect for photos, and I could simply relax in the room and admire the stunning night views of the Greater Bay Area.
The St. Regis's signature butler service was a perfect 10 – requests were answered quickly, and every detail felt special and仪式感 (a sense of ritual). The bedding was so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, making it ideal for couple anniversaries or short getaways. It truly lived up to expectations and is a must-stay hotel when visiting Zhuhai!

Guest UserThe hotel is super close to the park entrance, just a 5-minute walk. The hotel environment is also excellent; as soon as you step in, you get a strong family-friendly vibe. Everything is exquisite, and the facilities are brand new. Great environment, great service. Check-in was very organized, with all necessary information provided. Check-out was super easy, just self-returning the key card. There's also a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. Waking up in the morning, I could see the amusement park shrouded in mist from the room – a truly beautiful view.

Guest UserThe front desk staff proactively upgraded my room, and the view was stunning—I could see the port hall and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The breakfast was quite rich; even for someone as picky as me, it was very satisfying. After checking out, I forgot some beef in the fridge, and the front desk kindly called to remind me.
