"I didn't want to leave after staying here! The room was more spacious than I expected, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was so soft, I fell asleep instantly. The front desk lady was super thoughtful and proactively upgraded my room. The rice noodles for breakfast were an unexpected delight. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the subway exit. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my best friend!"

"What surprised me most about this stay was the location, it was too close to Gongbei Pass! It can be easily reached in a few minutes on foot. It is extremely convenient to go to Macau or to the high-speed rail station by car, which perfectly saves the trouble of dragging luggage. The traffic around the hotel extends in all directions, and there is no pressure to travel and foraging. In addition to the invincible location, the internal environment of the hotel is also great, the rooms are spacious and bright, the sanitation is spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is excellent, so that I can sleep well. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and the breakfast is rich. For friends who value the convenience of travel, this is definitely the first choice and highly recommended!"

GGuest UserThe room was quite clean, and since we arrived early, the front desk let us check in ahead of time. They even gave us Zongzi (rice dumplings) because the Dragon Boat Festival was approaching. We ended up cooped up in the hotel for two days due to heavy rain. The deduction in my rating is for the buffet restaurant. Even though we booked in advance, they didn't give us a window seat, claiming all of them were reserved. However, the window tables remained empty even after we finished our meal. I thought the hotel restaurant was primarily for hotel guests! Also, they said dinner included a cheese lobster, but what we got was something else, which was a bit disappointing. Furthermore, even though we booked two breakfasts, they initially said we only had one and we had to show our reservation confirmation to be let in, which was quite embarrassing!

I called ahead to let them know it was for a birthday stay, and the gentleman was incredibly professional. He pre-registered my requests and prepared the room, which was a wonderful surprise when I entered!
Environment: The view outside is absolutely stunning. When you open the balcony door, you get a direct view of Macau.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience.
The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter.
The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained.
Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day.
We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay.
Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

The ingredients are fresh, and food is served efficiently. The dining prices are reasonable, offering good value for money overall. The staff provides attentive and thorough service. Luggage storage is free and the process is straightforward. Rooms are cleaned daily, consistently tidy, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a comfortable rest. The bathroom has a dry/wet separation and no unpleasant odors. Toiletries are fully provided, so you don't need to bring your own. Room requests are handled promptly and efficiently. WiFi coverage throughout the hotel is stable and smooth. All in-room appliances are in good working order. Common areas are regularly cleaned at fixed times, and all facilities are routinely inspected and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out procedures are very quick. The surrounding area has complete amenities, making travel convenient. The overall environment is well-suited for families with children, and it's also a good choice for solo travelers. This stay was very satisfying overall. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Chimelong. Plus, you can watch penguins while enjoying the buffet – a truly perfect experience!

FForever_yingThe room was clean and hygienic. Although Zhuhai's weather is unpredictable and quite humid, the room had no strange odors.
The service was excellent. The cleaning staff were very warm and attentive. Because my flight was earlier than expected, I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. The lady at the front desk processed my check-in without a word, which was a great help. The male staff I encountered on the following two days were clearly not as professional as her, but their attitude was very friendly.
The hotel's location is superb. It's just across the road from Hengqin Port. You can also walk through an underpass behind the hotel directly to勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza).
As for the food, I didn't find many great options in the nearby food street, but there are plenty of dining choices in 勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza), all very convenient. Definitely avoid the pre-cut fruit sold in the underpass!

GGuest UserWe had great time. The moment we entered they upgraded us to regency club and our check in was smooth and perfect. Mr Baggio was extra kind and sweet . The restaurant staff especially Ms Stella was such a generous and big hearted host that she ensured our meals and we were well taken care of. Can't thank her enough to make our stay and food pleasant.
Only con - as pure vegetarian we don't prefer egg, but staff were too confused about what they can offer and can't. Also rooms were bit unclean but they ensured and did fix it. Would recommend this place greatly. Special thanks to f&b manager Stella and hotel manager mr baggio to handle our special needs despite of handling 1000 guests for ling weekend.

During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel.
The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!

I have to say, it was absolutely the right choice, especially with the rainy weather – it made things so incredibly convenient! The front desk staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were streamlined with minimal waiting. The self-service check-out box was quick and efficient, saving us from queuing at the front desk and freeing up more time for our trip. The bedding was clean and soft against the skin, and the bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, meticulously cleaned with no stains. They provided complimentary bottled water, charging facilities, children's slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries – everything was fully stocked. The free parking and luggage storage services were thoughtful and well-executed.

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home.
The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!
