The hotel is quiet and suitable for leisure travel. The room is well-equipped and quite large, with a view of the Xiangjiang River. Although there are not many guests staying in the hotel, the breakfast is quite rich in variety and the quality of the fruit is good. The hotel staff are particularly enthusiastic. From the front desk customer service staff Yang Zijian and Manager Zhang at check-in, to the cleaning staff Cao Shulin and Chu Ping, and the chefs in the restaurant, they all actively asked about my needs. When I mentioned that the room smelled of smoke, Ms. Li at the front desk immediately brought an air purifier. She also helped me change to a smoke-free room.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and Christina at the front desk truly stood out. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a warm smile, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's hardware facilities are good, but the front desk service feels a bit cold. Doesn't seem very happy? Is the treatment bad? The most profound impression your hotel left on me was that the first time I checked in, I was urged to check out in time by phone. Thank you for the reminder, but this will make the guests very nervous. Will there be a fine for a delay? 😂

The hotel is at one end of Zhuzhou Bridge, next to the municipal government, and has a very good location. Facilities: It is a five-star hotel with a history of more than ten years. Many facilities were very good in those days, but more than ten years have passed and many facilities have begun to age. The TV is a bit blurry and noisy, and the shower head has a small water output. Hygiene: It is quite good. The old foundation of a five-star hotel is still there. There is no odor in the lobby corridor. Environment: The surrounding area is very modern, the roads are wide, and there are many shopping malls. Service: Fruits were sent, thank you. The overall service feels a bit backward. The check-in at the front desk is very slow. One staff member directly said ”No check-in, check-in on the side”, without a single polite word. Maybe the hotel has the background of state-owned enterprises and the government and is not short of guests. The service performance for individual guests is not at all the standards of a five-star hotel (the room aunt is very good). Checked out today, and told the front desk lady to check out on **... Then I handed in the room card, and there was no more, no response. There is no ”take care, welcome back” common at the hotel front desk, and no clear ”OK” is told to you. The main feature is ”silence”, and ask ”Is it ready” before replying to you.

酒店房間是完全滿足了我的期待，150平真的超級大，所以空調開了很久温度才下來😂無邊泳池也非常好，ktv效果很不錯的，咖啡廳的甜品也很好吃，沒有接駁車但是接駁船更有特色，還有做手工的活動讓小屁孩自己動手製作香包意義就更好，工作人員態度都非常好，還沒入住就拉羣告知注意事項，這一點非常安心，早餐種類還算是比較豐富，七夕還送了玫瑰花🌹這一趟全家人都很開心，如果價格更合適一點，真想多住幾天🤓

位置幽遠，環境靜雅，服務貼心細緻，幫助一家人挑選合適入住房間，送了歡迎果盤，送了光明酸奶，還被分享了服務員自帶的粽子，提供了自帶水果食品的冷藏服務。一次愉悦愜意的休閑度假體驗。 正值端午佳節，給以王經理為首的精悍服務小隊點贊。 享山居之悠遠，必有一定潮濕和蚊蟲，酒店用抽濕機將房間維護得很好。但一些死角還是有一些昆蟲遺跡需要細緻及時清理。比如衞生間浴缸底部。 9 如果要提什麼建議的話，還是希望能將房間的地毯換成木紋地磚，更匹配更實用。 總而言之，瑕不掩瑜，好評，有機會會選擇再次入住。
