小區靜謐、停車方便，房間整潔、風格時尚，房東熱情、用品周全。夜間入住後房東及時外賣送來飲用水和抽紙，很貼心，謝謝。三間房都是雙人床，軟硬適中非常舒服；衞生間和洗漱間乾濕分離互不干涉，洗漱水即時加熱，方便實用。淡季價格性價比極高，希望下次來淄博還能住此處。

房間很大，很適合家庭出遊，有3個房間。民宿在居民小區裏，能看出來是房東自己的房子，所以很温馨，在這個價位裏還是很划算的。房東人很熱情，全自主入住，比較安全。房子後面的停車位很充足。周圍商圈比較方便，去八大局也就2公里多。

拍腦門的出行計劃，一家五口人，出行前一天大半夜十一點下單，房東回覆快，也非常熱情的推薦燒烤，博山菜餐廳😀
民宿停車方便，晚上才到達，沒顧上拍照，沒法帶圖點評，房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，地暖舒適，燃氣熱水器洗澡太給力了。👍🏻👍🏻
