"A very satisfying trip. The house is full of details and sincerity, and the butler service is very considerate. When breakfast was delivered, we were practicing Ba Duan Jin in the room. Butler Zhang also told us that there would often be masters leading the practice by the lake in the hotel yard. The yard is full of spring and it should look even better in a few days. I came here specially from Beijing, and have been exclaiming to my wife that such service and scenery only cost 4,500 in Beijing. I'm planning to come here for vacation with my parents next time. There is also a cluster of pearl spirea outside the hotel, which is lovely."

"The twin room was spacious, comfortable, and bright. The extra bed fee was 298, but it included breakfast. The location is excellent, just over 900 meters from Badaju, an easy walk. After check-in, the hotel offered local yogurt, but the fridge was empty except for complimentary water. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast spread looked impressive, but there weren't many delicious options."

"We stayed here for 2 nights while we were attending some business meetings in Zibo. It is very near Zibo station and easily accessible. The hotel decorations look like that of a ceramic museum. The rooms are clean, there is a self laundry and ironing room for travelers who travel light. There is a basic gym room with treadmills and cycles too. The breakfast has many options in Chinese and some in western. There is also a 24 hr convenience store at the entrance for late night munching and useful items."

"Our client manager, Harry, provided excellent service. I noted when booking that we needed two bed guards, and they were already installed when we checked in – so thoughtful! The room's decor isn't as luxurious or spacious as a Sheraton, but it's much more comfortable. The pillows, mattress, duvet, and room temperature were all just right. The breakfast was also better than at the Sheraton. Although the breakfast area isn't huge, there's a wide variety of options. My child has a wheat allergy, and they even had buckwheat wontons for breakfast, which was a lifesaver for allergies, plus fresh squeezed juice! The breakfast alone makes it well worth it."

The hotel puts drinking water in the elevator room for free... A special mention: I need to check out later due to personal reasons.
