"I specifically came to Zibo for the renowned BBQ and after comparing several hotels, I chose the Sheraton Zibo. My entire stay was absolutely flawless, earning a solid five-star rating. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travel. The hotel's location is truly prime, right in the heart of the city. It's directly connected to the second floor of the Vientiane Hui shopping mall, so you can shop and dine without even going outside, which is incredibly convenient, especially on a rainy day. The Babaju Market is just a ten-minute walk away, where you can easily grab local snacks like purple rice cakes and stir-fried pancakes. Getting to Zibo Railway Station or the Liuli Cultural and Creative Museum only costs the minimum taxi fare. It's a one-stop shop for dining, shopping, and entertainment, saving a lot of commute time and making it very friendly for out-of-town visitors. The check-in experience was exceptional. The front desk staff were gentle and patient. Upon learning we had traveled a long distance and were on a tight schedule, they proactively arranged an early check-in, thoughtfully provided a complimentary parking voucher, and even hand-drew a local travel map. They meticulously recommended reputable BBQ restaurants and glass workshops, and patiently answered all our transportation queries. There was no robotic, perfunctory language; every interaction was filled with genuine and considerate service. The hotel is equipped with smart delivery robots, making it convenient and fun to order drinks or daily necessities with just one click. The cleaning staff meticulously cleaned the rooms daily, wiping down every nook and cranny, and bathroom surfaces to a spotless shine. They even neatly arranged the towels in a decorative way. Any request to the front desk was met with an incredibly fast response time. We stayed in a high-floor scenic room, offering an expansive panoramic view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. By day, we could overlook the entire city's streets, and at night, as the lights came on, the entire cityscape was breathtakingly beautiful, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was spacious and airy, featuring a new Chinese-style light luxury decor blended with Qi culture elements, making it elegant and cozy. The bedding was soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of support, and coupled with excellent soundproofing, we couldn't hear any noise from the corridor or the busy street, even though we were in a bustling commercial area. We had a peaceful and restful sleep after our busy days of exploring. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, ample water pressure, and instant hot water. The full set of toiletries was high-quality. The walk-in closet included an iron and a weighing scale, and the mini-bar was well-stocked. The high-speed WiFi was stable and smooth, ensuring no disruptions for work or leisure. Every detail was meticulously taken care of; I couldn't find a single flaw. The self-service breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes, and also featured Zibo's local specialties like freshly prepared lamb soup, 'san tang' (a local soup), and Zhoucun biscuits. The ingredients were fresh, and staff promptly refilled dishes. Desserts, fruits, and hot and cold beverages were all available. The top-floor executive lounge offered stunning views, and during the evening happy hour, complimentary snacks and drinks were provided. Watching the city sunset from the terrace was absolutely captivating, elevating the overall experience. The fitness center on the fifth floor was well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy city views while running, combining exercise with relaxation. From its location and hardware facilities to the service from all staff, the Sheraton Zibo truly delivered a five-star standard. The entire stay was comfortable and worry-free, without any unpleasant incidents. This stay has completely won me over, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zibo. I sincerely recommend it to all friends traveling to Zibo!"

"I booked a night for a friend during the National Day holiday and thought we had checked in. However, due to holiday traffic on the highway, my friend didn't check in on time, which was a misunderstanding, but the hotel also refunded us. I happened to be traveling with my kids through Zibo and saw that this hotel was newly opened, so I decided to give it a try. Upon entering the door, a little girl offered warm black tea. The front desk check-in was also very fast. The large floor-to-ceiling windows and unbeatable views in the room relieved half of the fatigue of the journey. The room was cleaned very cleanly. It is very suitable for staying with children. The breakfast the next day was also delicious. The steamed buns, wontons, and steamed buns were all handmade, unlike the pre-made ones in other hotels. There were also various desserts and drinks. The children loved it. Shopping is also very convenient. It is located in the CBD and is a three-minute walk from the Shepherd Village. "I'm a local, but I occasionally stay in hotels. This time, it was because my child wanted a change of scenery to do their weekend homework. We chose the Intercity Hotel because it's close to home, has underfloor heating, and includes breakfast. From the moment we checked in, the warm and polite reception staff immediately impressed us, as did the housekeeping staff. Whenever we encountered them on the floor or in the elevator, they would proactively greet us. The room was very clean and well-equipped, with complimentary craft beer, soda, and coffee. The room's appliances were all smart-controlled, including a smart toilet, a separate shower and toilet, and a comfortable two-meter-long bed with excellent high-thread-count pure cotton bedding. We didn't need the down comforter. The TV was also high-definition. While the breakfast area wasn't huge, the selection was plentiful and there were no pre-made dishes. Overall, it fully deserves a four-star or near-four-star standard. The underfloor heating was really hot, but we didn't ask the front desk to lower the temperature; my child had just recovered from a cold, so we figured it was fine. On a side note, after getting home, I couldn't find my thermos. I searched my suitcase thoroughly and called the front desk. They checked the security footage several times and asked the housekeeping staff, but they still couldn't find it. It was a birthday gift from my child last year, and I was a little heartbroken to lose it. Unexpectedly, two days later, my child found it in the hidden compartment of her backpack. She doesn't usually carry it to school; she just put it in there because she was worried I'd forgotten it. I thought I'd left it at the hotel and was even a little annoyed, feeling incredibly unlucky. The moment my child found it for me, I felt so ashamed. I felt bad for letting the hotel staff go to so much trouble searching for it. Intercity Hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a mid-to-high-end chain under Huazhu Group; the service was excellent, exceeding the room rate. The staff on duty on Saturday and Sunday deserve five stars."
