Advise you not to book VISIONAPARTMENTS Zurich Gerechtigkeitsgasse. They did not share the Pin to enter the apartment. They do not pick up the calls on the helpline. They did not reply to the email, its been 10 days they have still not replied to the email.Guests are left stranded. The cleaning staff was rude and did not know how to conduct themselves around guests. I do not recommend visionapartments to anyone. Pathetic Service.

Booked this apartment based on photos available online and its location. Apartment had many issues with cleaning and maintenance (broken toilet seat, kitchen counter, shower tap etc...) plus it was 100% different and smaller than advertised.
