"The location is not far from the train station The location is very quiet The hotel arrived at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night The front desk is still on duty Slowly rising a head under the table The front desk is so cute Hahahaha The hotel bed is very comfortable! !! !! !! !! !! Really the room is small but clean"
"The location of the hotel is okay, not too far from the central train station, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel has a high level of safety awareness. The front desk reminded us that we need to take a photo of our room card before entering the hotel when we return after six o'clock. The room is clean and new. Although it is relatively small, for a hotel in the city center of Zurich, which is extremely expensive, it is cost-effective and the breakfast is OK. Can."
"Opened in 1999 and renovated in 2011, a total of 53 rooms
Located in Zefeld Mni Buchwinig, the Romantik Hotel Europe (Romantik Hotel Europe) occupies a geographically convenient location in Zurich. The Zurich Opera House, Opernhaus Zurich and Bellevue Square are all within a short distance, and it is convenient for guests staying in the hotel to explore the area.
The hotel is very sophisticated in the decoration of the rooms, and each well-equipped room is equipped with an in-room safe. In addition, the bathroom equipped with a hairdryer is a good place for you to relieve the fatigue of the day. Passengers can choose their favorite delicacies in the hotel’s western restaurant. In your spare time, you can choose to have a drink at the hotel bar to drive away all fatigue. The intimate meal delivery service can satisfy those travelers who like to have meals in private occasions."

"Cute boutique hotel located in the heart of old town. Walking distance to most of the major attractions. The size of the room is small, as expected in Europe, but the staff is friendly and accommodating to my requests (helped me with slightly earlier check in and arranging taxi to the main train station). I would stay here again. "
"Super quaint hotel close to everything you wanna see. There are tons of shops within walking distance, and the trams are just a few steps from the hotel. It’s was clean, quiet, and comfy. The staff are super friendly, and the hotel offers free water and soda. For the location, the price is great."
"The hotel is located near Lake Zurich. The overall price-performance ratio is not a problem in Zurich. After arriving at the hotel, the basic luggage service is up to the level of Park Hyatt. When checking in, the front desk was very enthusiastic and attentive. They actively provided us with help and introduced us to the various facilities of the hotel. When I thought I forgot my wallet at the previous hotel, I immediately offered to help contact them. The hotel room is considered large in Switzerland and has been well maintained since 2004. The only drawback is that the bathroom is a tilted angle that is more common in Europe, that is, there is no door that can be completely closed to separate the shower area. I personally don't like this design. In general, Park Hyatt Zurich is a good choice for a budget of 800-1000 Swiss francs per night."
"Good location, about 8 mins walk to the Zürich hb, Starbucks , Mcd , burger king and several restaurant are close by. I like my room 220 & 221 because there are additional door to be secure our privacy , so both rooms can be connected like connecting room, convenient for families."
"We loved this hotel! Fabian and all of the front desk staff where amazing and made us feel so welcome. It's very close to the train station and walking distance to old town. Breakfast was also good in the M Lounge and the view from our junior suite was amazing. Our only complaint is the elevator situation. We almost missed our flight because it took us 30 minutes to get down. Only 2 out of 3 elevators where working the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it's a great hotel!"
"The Ambassador is a newly renovated hotel just off the lake in Zurich. Old town and shopping just minutes away. Train station and tour busses a 30-minute walk Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. WiFi didn't work but got a passcode for the business WiFi instead. Television also had some issues (kept rebooting). But, we chalk that up to a new place. Everything else was great!"

Great
AAmietravelsGreat location not far from the station and walkable to the centre.
Mack on reception was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you whilst making genuine conversations and rapport.
The rooms were perfect with clean shared toilets. Especially on the 3/4th floor where they have been renovated.
The hotel bar was cheap and the breakfast looked good.
AAnonymous UserGood location very near to the zurich HB. Walking distance to almost all the landmark in zurich. Staff are friendly and amenities are all available. Just note that there will not be aircon during november period.
FFrancisco VicenteGood location, only 20 minutes walking from the main train station and 9 minutes in public transport with several options to travel around the city. They allow you to use their microwave and kitchenware if you bring your own food.
Breakfast does not worth for the price you paid.
Highly recommended if you are coming to Zurich for few days.

WWilson SamWe had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay:
We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room.
so here are the question:
1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene!
2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest?
3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured!
4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done
In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.

XXyztripThe hotel is 15 minutes away from Zurich HB station. The room is clean and tidy with a kettle. Toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers are not provided. It is fully self-service and can be checked in online in advance. You can enter the room at 3pm. If you arrive at an early flight and want to store your luggage, you can store it directly in the luggage room in the basement, but the space in the luggage room is not large and some locks are broken. If you are worried about your luggage being stolen, you can store it in the locker at the station.

AAngelinchinaThis hostel is clean and conveniently located, close to the main touristic attractions and the main train station. Shared bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The room is comfortable.
However - the hostel is just next door to a bar, so it’s very noisy until the bar closes (on a Friday night is 2AM). checkout time is at 10AM, which is not only unusual but very inconvenient.
I won’t be staying in this hotel when I return to Zurich

AAnonymous UserWas here in May (Spring)
The hotel is conveniently located near Zurich HB, which makes it great for travelers. There’s also a lift, which is helpful for carrying luggage.
Breakfast was decent. As someone with dietary restrictions (halal), the options were limited — mainly bread, eggs, and mushrooms. There were also apples and canned fruits available for yogurt, which was a nice touch.
The room itself was decent and comfortable. However, cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved — the movable mirror was rusty. That said, I had read some negative reviews beforehand, so I came prepared to expect the worst, and honestly, it turned out better than I expected.
The TV wasn’t a smart TV, even though the remote had a smart menu option, which was a bit odd. Zurich city area can be quite uneventful, so one or two nights here is enough.
The in-room coffee machine looked promising at first but turned out to be faulty. When I asked the front desk, they said it needed time to heat up — even after an hour, it didn’t work. Thankfully, there was a hot water dispenser near the café in the lobby.
Overall, the stay was acceptable — nothing fancy, but it does the job if you’re not expecting luxury.
Sstw2566Good location, easy access by bus from zurich HB. Well equipped with amenities which you can cook simple dishes.
No kettle in the room is a little bit inconvenient. And my room is near the road, so it's noisy for cars passing and sometimes men talking outside.
The average price for hotels in Zurich is £343 on weekdays, and £347 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
