Most Beautiful Bookstore in the World!

#bookstoresandgalleries Hidden along Venice’s side streets behind an unassuming facade, Libreria Acqua Alta, this unique bookstore is home to a treasure trove of new and used books. The name itself even means “Book Store of High Water.” Keeping a collection of books in a city where the roads are made of water is a dangerous idea to begin with, but Venice’s Libreria Acqua Alta has composed of a number of over-stuffed rooms stacked wall-to-wall with books, magazines, maps, and other ephemera. Due to Venice’s constant flooding, however, these picturesque piles are all placed inside bathtubs, waterproof bins, and in one room a full-size gondola. Climb the staircase made out of damaged books to enjoy an idyllic view, which is located at the end of the bookstore. Don’t miss out on taking a photo at the fire escape, which opens out to the canal. Also, try to spot one of the many resident cats the bookstore has adopted. 🕰️Business Hours: 9.30am to 7.15pm Monday - Sunday 📍Address: C. Longa Santa Maria Formosa, 5176b, 30122 Venezia VE, Italy. 💞Reasons to Recommend: unique method of storing books, and its beautiful decor. #italytrip #100waysoftravel #italy #beautiful_italy

#thingstodo Venice is one of my favourite city in the world and this place is really beautiful with the river surrounding the whole city. In the recent trip to Venice, I have captured lots of pictures about the boat and gondola on the river . I really liked the stunning view in there and the buildings are also colourful and look historical . The architecture in there was also impressed me a lot , such as the long bridge connecting both area of the city. #Venice

🇮🇹Venice mainland

📍Venice, Italy ⛴️ You can cross the Grand Canal by taking a water bus, or of course, explore on foot. Riding a gondola is also a unique experience. Since it’s quite expensive, it’s a good idea to gather a few people to share the cost of one gondola. I recommend taking the water bus to explore the outer areas of the Grand Canal. It’s a more peaceful way to enjoy Venice compared to the bustling city center. #여름여행

| The Perfect Venetian Stay

| The Perfect Venetian Stay

I recently checked in to the Cipriani Belmond Hotel in Venice, located at Giudecca 10. The hotel is very close to St. Mark's Square, only a four-minute private boat ride away. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient, with the hotel's water taxis providing direct access to Venice's major attractions. Geographically, the hotel is situated on the peaceful Giudecca Island, offering stunning views of the Venice Lagoon and Doge's Palace. The decor is luxurious and elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive, including a large swimming pool and tennis courts. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the reception staff were warm, friendly, and fluent in English, making my stay hassle-free. My room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a high-definition flat-screen TV, an iPod dock, and free Wi-Fi. The room featured a large bed, excellent lighting, and furniture including a sofa and a small table. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed with a separate bathtub and shower, double sinks, and generously sized toiletries. Dining at the hotel's Cip's Club and Porticciolo Restaurant was a delightful experience. Overlooking St. Mark's Square, the restaurants offer authentic Italian cuisine and a charming setting for afternoon tea. The breakfast spread was extensive, especially appealing to those who enjoy fresh, made-to-order European breakfasts. 🌟Nearby Recommendations: If you have time, explore Venice's must-see attractions, such as the Grand Canal, Doge's Palace, St. Mark's Square, and St. Mark's Basilica, to experience the unique charm of this city on water. There are also some excellent restaurants near the hotel, including Tango Bar Venezia, Vacaria Ristopub, and Gelateria Ca' D'oro. 📝The only minor drawback is the relatively high price, including the rather expensive drinks at the bar. However, overall, if you can afford it, this hotel offers exceptional value. For those seeking a special experience, it's a perfect choice and one that will create lasting memories. I look forward to returning and experiencing a different side of Venetian charm✨

Floating City: Venice 🇮🇹

Venice is a kind of beautiful Italian destination - with its long canals, narrow alleys and an interesting history, you’ll always find a lot to do & see..Let’s help you spoilt with choices all the best things to do in Venice whilst you’re there. I have visited several sights in Venice and would like to share them with you! 1) St Mark’s Basilica - It’s worth exploring the most famous church St Mark’s Basilica. 2.) Piazza San Marco- Buzzing ‘must-see’ spot, Piazza San Marco is one of the most famous square to visit in Venice 3.) Rialto Bridge- The oldest bridge that crosses the Grand Canal in Venice, the Rialto Bridge and surroundings is a bucket list if you have wish to stroll around this great city. 4.) Grand Canal-It’s packed with boats, gondolas and a heap of water taxis. Personally, I’d recommend either taking a short tour by gondola. 5.) Doge’s Palace-This beautiful Palace has a long history within the Venetian empire; Inside you will see the most grand rooms and fine art that’s centuries old. If you have time I would suggest to visit near by islands; Murano, Burano, and Torcello are the Venetian Lagoon's three most visited and unique islands. #wecreate #Venice #italy #italygram #italytravel #seltravels #mytripvlog #visititaly #visitvenice #urbanexplorer #tripblazers #awesomepic

|Venice Secret Garden Dream

|Venice Secret Garden Dream

|Venice Secret Garden Dream. The Ca' del Nobile is located at Calle Avvocati 3836 S.Marco, Venice, in a very convenient location. It is especially easy to get to the hotel from the San Angelo vaporetto station, and it is surrounded by picturesque scenery and charming architecture. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, making us feel at home. The hotel's decor is a warm, comfortable, and elegant combination, with every detail looking exquisite. The hotel is also well-equipped, from the in-room safe to the air conditioning, to the electric kettle and warm slippers. We were lucky enough to stay in a spacious and luxurious room with a simple and elegant design and very comfortable bedding, just like relaxing at home 😊. Speaking of the room experience, it was really impeccable. Our room was spacious, the bed was large and soft, and it was well-equipped, including a hairdryer and slippers. Every morning was a treat because we could enjoy a delicious breakfast, especially the pancakes and omelets, which were the best I've ever had! And the hotel has a small balcony overlooking the beautiful canal 🌊. There are many famous attractions near the hotel, within walking distance of St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. St. Mark's Square is the heart of Venice, full of history and culture, and you can enjoy a leisurely afternoon at the surrounding cafes ☕️. And just a few steps away from the hotel, the Rosa Rossa restaurant is a favorite of a certain celebrity and a great place to taste Venetian cuisine 🍕. Of course, the hotel does have a few minor drawbacks. For example, the hotel is relatively quiet and less active at certain times of the evening. However, for those who like a quiet atmosphere, this is an advantage 😌. Overall, the Ca' del Nobile is a great choice for a stay in Venice! It is not only well located and well-equipped, but also friendly service, making you feel warm and comfortable every moment. This stay made our impression of Venice even more profound, and the hotel itself created many wonderful memories for us 💕. If you are planning to come to Venice, don't hesitate, be sure to try the Ca' del Nobile!

PONTE ON POINT 🌁💕🇮🇹✈️

The Ponte di Rialto is unquestionably the most well-known and iconic of the bridges that cross the magnificent Grand Canal. The bridge, which links Venice's San Marco and San Polo neighborhoods, serves as a vital pedestrian thoroughfare and a major tourist destination. This conclusion, which was initially a wooden bridge, stood for hundreds of years before collapsing in 1524. An elaborate stone bridge was constructed as a result of this tragedy and is still in use today. You can stroll across the well-known Rialto Bridge from the easternmost point in the San Polo area to the northernmost point in the San Marco district. The oldest of the four bridges in Venice is the covered bridge, which was built in the sixteenth century. Numerous stores selling jewelry and souvenirs may be found on both sides of the pedestrian bridge. This bridge was originally a floating pontoon, but as traffic on the nearby Rialto Market expanded, it was decided to build the bridge out of wood. In the past, the bridge could be lifted from both sides to allow ships with protruding decks to pass. The 15th century saw the addition of the businesses on the bridge. #cityoverlook #tripaway #europe #venice #italy #unescoworldheritagesite #holidayvacation

Venice (Burano), Italy 🇮🇹

Colorful houses dot this lively fishing island with seafood restaurants, a lace museum & bell tower. Burano is worth visiting for its colourful houses and to see how Venetian lace is made. Burano is quieter than Venice, and most tourists from Venice spend half a day to a day here: a really recommendable visit. Burano is an island in the Lagoon of Venice. It is located to the north of Venice, very near Torcello, and is famous for its lacemaking.
