Check in gets faster with your reply to the property telling them what type of room you have booked and what time you'll arrive. With booming businesses and too many bookings, the staff might get entangled in mess, so partially you reply is helping them to get grounded and avoid mistakes. Hotel location is very convenient, just behind Mitsukoshi Department and across Taipei Main Station. Very good for catching early morning train as us. Look out for the lift lobby, is just beyond the boba tea shop, lobby is 5th level. Plenty of food options around the area.

This is a very convenient location with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. The young men and women at the front desk were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and attentive. They helped us plan our itinerary and transportation for our trip to Hualien Yilan, and also shared recommendations for delicious food and fun activities there. The room was also quite neat and clean, overall everything was excellent. Definitely recommend!
