This place is located at the very best spot in Malacca!!! Right next to the river near st. Frances Xaver church, some of the best Cafés and Restaurants are right next door. Go to baba Kaya early in the morning for tea and toast next to the river or ban kengh for most amazing scrambled eggs and cappuccino, have lunch at Patma's for the very best roti and lassies and the nicest people and go for the night market or the Indian restaurant around the corner for night snack..... The house is old and charming, with a lot of antique interiors. The room was clean, the aircon worked fine as well as the hot water. Had the room on the second floor with a balcony to the street. Check in and out is around the corner, working without any problems! Very very good value for money!

The decoration is very good, the environment is clean, and the facilities are new and clean. The service staff are friendly. There is a parking lot opposite the hotel that leads directly to Jonker Street two blocks away. It is a ten-minute walk to the Stadhuys district. The store manager who has studied in Taiwan is very friendly!

It is a fabulous location and quiet even though its in the middle of the action. The room we had (203) had a window, lots of light and plenty of room. William keeps the place spotless and he is lovely and helpful. It would be ideal for anyone including solo travellers.
