No facilities, just like the service. I went to Huangshi to rent a car in Salt Lake City. I stayed for about ten days. There is also a parking lot. The price is reasonable, the hotel is a bit old, and the hygiene is barely acceptable.

Breakfast is good, with eggs and fruit. The room was large and clean and there was a parking lot. The price is very high and exceeds expectations. An hour's drive from Zion National Park. An hour and a half drive from Bryce Canyon. Very satisfied!

This hotel is very good, the best thing is that his bath water is particularly large. Although it is a cabin, it is very good and the breakfast is good. Service attitude is very good 👍

The hotel is about 40 minutes drive from zion national park. You can drive around the park until about the evening and drive to the next day. It takes about 2 hours to get to Las Vegas the next day. Hotel facilities are relatively new, breakfast is simple, parking is convenient, can be used as a break point for Peggy to Las Vegas.

The service in the breakfast room was great. Patricia was friendly and helpful. The food was good with a good selection. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. The pool was indoors with a hot tub and there was a small area outside to sit. The only problem was although I had paid on Trip.com they charged me again. I am dealing with this now. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Small room, but very comfortable. Very nice bed, included fridge and microwave, big shower. Nicely updated, very clean and quiet room, indoor corridor, no elevator, good hot breakfast, free parking. Wifi was good when it worked, did disconnect a few times. We will be back.

I recently spent a week (second week of April) staying at this property and knew when booking it that I had to keep my expectations in check. The location was great for access to the car rental agency, airport and downtown locations I planned my week around. There is a Denny's, McDonalds and a killer good Mexican restaurant all with in a block or two. The property is worn and dated but all common areas are clean and without any musty or overpowering smells. The rooms are surprisingly large and I was quite comfortable with my bedding and pillows. The unfortunate thing was that during my visit they were unable to provide any air conditioning as their system was still set for winter. After returning to my room on the second day and finding it at 85 degrees I had to discuss options with the desk. They were very understanding and were able to move me to a cooler room that I was able to deal with after buying a fan from the local Walmart. I did note that the toilet paper holder was askew and partially pulled from the wall. The metal towel holder had at one time been ripped from the wall and reinstalled without any concern for the resulting sharp edges from the resulting damage. My smoke detector was not mounted to the ceiling but instead resided on the shelf inside the closet. For me these were all little things, excepting for the air conditioning, and inconveniences I could handle. If my wife had been with me the place would not have worked and I felt for those guys that were checking in with their female partners. This is basically one of those places where traveling construction crews utilize (at least during my stay it was). The staff is friendly, accommodating and left working with what they have do deal with the best they can. I almost got what I expected when booking this chain, however I have had excellent past stays at other Comfort Inn locations. Salt Lake City is very easy to maneuver and knowing that now, I would not hesitate to look for a better stay a little further from the central city. Would I stay again? Only by myself and on a tight budget. It was not terrible, unsafe, or dirty and did what I needed - just don't expect too much with the price.

We had rooms next to our traveling companions in the “king Building” with king beds. Good for one night stay, but wouldn’t stay longer. Loved the retro looks but unfortunately the temp in the fridge needed to be adjusted and all the food we had brought for breakfast froze. They could also use larger coffee pot and to-go cups with lids - it’s those little touches that make you happy. There was some traffic noise from the main road, but not on bad. Smooth check in. Enjoyed a Thai meal in town.

This place is AMAZING! What a gem. It's in the middle of a super small town and you are like what?!?! The pool is great, the restaurant if great and the rooms are wonderful. Best bed I've slept in (in a hotel) I would give this place 20 stars if I could. We only stayed one night as we were passing through but if we knew this was this nice we would have spent a couple of days here. At night we heard the coyotes howling. (which was cool for city slickers) We caught the most beautiful sunrise to.

There is a Denny's, McDonalds and a killer good Mexican restaurant all with in a block or two. The property is worn and dated but all common areas are clean and without any musty or overpowering smells. The rooms are surprisingly large and I was quite comfortable with my bedding and pillows. The unfortunate thing was that during my visit they were unable to provide any air conditioning as their system was still set for winter. After returning to my room on the second day and finding it at 85 degrees I had to discuss options with the desk. They were very understanding and were able to move me to a cooler room that I was able to deal with after buying a fan from the local Walmart. I did note that the toilet paper holder was askew and partially pulled from the wall. The metal towel holder had at one time been ripped from the wall and reinstalled without any concern for the resulting sharp edges from the resulting damage. My smoke detector was not mounted to the ceiling but instead resided on the shelf inside the closet. For me these were all little things, excepting for the air conditioning, and inconveniences I could handle. If my wife had been with me the place would not have worked and I felt for those guys that were checking in with their female partners. This is basically one of those places where traveling construction crews utilize (at least during my stay it was). The staff is friendly, accommodating and left working with what they have do deal with the best they can. I almost got what I expected when booking this chain, however I have had excellent past stays at other Comfort Inn locations. Salt Lake City is very easy to maneuver and knowing that now, I would not hesitate to look for a better stay a little further from the central city. Would I stay again? Irfan is the greatest reception is I ever encountered he is so friendly, and is a joy to be around I will definitely come back to this particular Ramada and as you should too. Irfan always smiling and helpful for the Guest. He is an Asset to the company.

The service of the hotel is very good, the service at the front desk is better, and the brand will be recognized in the future. Ctrip's overseas service is better . Will always choose Ctrip service, cheaper and more comfortable than other hotels. Good

This Comfort Inn is very convenient to the freeway. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. My room (#310) on the third floor was actually right behind the trees in the front of the hotel in the photo they use. The trees made it very private and in the evening a bunch of birds flew in to roost there overnight! The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is showing some signs of wear but not too bad. One thing I did not like was that the coffee maker is right next to the sink on the bathroom counter so doesn't leave much room for your toiletries, etc. They should move it to another location. The breakfast wasn't that great but okay. They did offer waffles, pre-made scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, bagels and muffins. There aren't enough places to sit and eat breakfast though and they don't want you to take food out of the lobby area. The women behind the desk were friendly and courteous. I would stay here again if on a budget.

I am a Platinum Choice Member and a Choice Hotel Employee. I checked into this hotel on October 21 in the afternoon. Upon checking in as I walked up to the desk I had stood there while the man at the desk was talking bad about his coworker to another coworker. I was not acknowledged. He ignored me for 5 minutes to do that, then when the coworker he was talking about arrived, (which was a really sweet girl with black curly short hair). He began to tell her about the things she did wrong right in front of me and she looked helpless. Then, when he finally thought it was time to check me in, I booked with points and he WROTE my credit card down on a piece of paper which I thought was completely unprofessional. When I asked him about it he pretty much shunned my input and told me not to worry about. He gave me my room keys and told me nothing. Didn’t tell me where or when breakfast was, how to get to my room, nothing. I then went up to my room and the keys did not work. Fine. Went back down and he made my room keys again. Went back up to the room and the room was dirty and pitch black inside. Went back down and he seemed not too pleased to see me because he was too busy scolding his coworker for what she did wrong the previous day. I let him know my room was dirty and he said “Oh that one wasn’t cleaned yet.” He did not apologize. I then asked him if I could just cancel, I was very calm and I just wanted to go somewhere else. Since I am a platinum member I thought he would consider my feelings but he told me I could “Call them and try.” As if he already knew he wasn’t going to cancel for me and acted as if it was my fault my room wasn’t clean. He was so rude. He yelled as I walked out the door “I CAN GET YOU ANOTHER ROOM!” And at that point I had no more energy to deal with this man. I felt so bad for the girl that had to work with him, she was kind and seemed like right when she walked through the door he was giving her such a hard time. I feel that if this man was not there at check in, I would have had a better experience. I would have mattered but I still will not come back to this hotel. Worst customer service I had ever experienced.
