The hotel is great, we didn't regret choosing it! Meets all the declared standards!🙌🏼🙌🏼 The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are large and soft, the pastel linen is of good quality. The rooms have all the accessories. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, there is a powerful Dyson hair dryer, a smart toilet. During our stay, we stayed in two types of rooms, one of them had a bathtub, which is great to have in the room, especially in winter.👍🏻👍🏻 The rooms are cleaned daily, there is also a kettle and tea bags, a Nespresso capsule machine and Peet's coffee capsules. In addition, drinks in the fridge (Coke Cola, Sprite, water). The hotel has a spacious restaurant. Breakfasts was very tasty and varied, like Chinese cuisine, also European cuisine, there is everything you need.👌🏼👌🏼 The hotel has a beautiful design. Also in the hotel lobby you can find a bar, in addition to a room where you can work/study. You can also find a map with sights, a good route for a walk around the city.😍😍 All the hotel staff are very nice people, at the reception, in the restaurant, and the cleaning team. We would also like to express special gratitude to the warmest staff at the reception - 甜甜 Tracy🌷🌷 She helped make our stay even better. We celebrated a birthday, she organized a room upgrade for us on that day, as well as a small gift - fruits. Beautiful city, super hotel, friendly people, we want to come back here again!🥰🥰

The hotel's location is indeed quite good, very close to the Ferris wheel. It was lovely to take a stroll along the river with the kids. The hotel staff are quite friendly, especially the male duty manager who was working yesterday. When we went to the front desk to pick up our takeout in the evening, he saw our little one and even gave them a panda cake, which made the child very happy. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and objectively speaking, the room service is quite efficient. The only minor flaw was that the hand soap in the room, despite looking like there was plenty left, just wouldn't pump out no matter what – quite strange!

Yesterday, I went to Tianjin Deyun Club to watch a show and decided to stay an extra day to explore. I randomly picked this hotel on Trip.com, and it was truly amazing! 👍🏻 I originally chose it out of curiosity for its round deep-soaking bathtub. Upon arrival at the front desk, they upgraded us to a river-view suite for free. The hotel genuinely makes excellent service a routine practice. They are observant of guests, their needs, and their work. From the moment I stepped out of the car and saw the doorman open the door, to the bellhop in the lobby, and then the receptionist during check-in, everyone greeted us with a genuine, natural smile. I was carrying a small bag, and they insisted on taking it for me. After checking in and going up to the room, I was absolutely stunned – it was incredibly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere I touched! Housekeeping had already turned down the bed, and the executive housekeeper even brought fruit and snacks. She also thoughtfully reminded me that the weather was dry and that I could call her anytime if I needed anything. So many small details, so many little things, I can't list them all. Even though I only stayed one day, I absolutely loved it here. Tianjin has many hotels of all sizes, price ranges, and styles, offering a lot of choices, but this place really impressed me from the moment I walked in! No detail is too small; it's about putting in the effort. The staff here not only accomplished this but did it exceptionally well! Highly recommend! Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

Hotel Review – 27th Floor Stay at Tianjin Trade Centre I recently stayed at a hotel on the 27th floor of the Tianjin Trade Centre, and it was a memorable experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic skyline of Tianjin that looked beautiful both day and night. Waking up to that cityscape was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace was perfect for both leisure and work purposes. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Service was prompt and courteous. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, helping with check-in and any queries I had. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, thanks to its central location in the Tianjin Trade Centre. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with great city views and a convenient location in Tianjin, I’d definitely recommend booking a room on one of the upper floors, especially the 27th floor.

Everything is so good except the room is too humid without aircon but hot provide when on it. Was told that it is near to cold season only hot aircon air con 😖 it was so warm in the room Indeed the room is spacious and new! The counter service staff all are friendly and helpful, thanks to them !😉

As China's first international hotel, its exceptional service and rich heritage left a lasting impression. The hotel's prime location offers great convenience for getting around. During this late autumn visit, the beautiful Haihe River scenery combined with Tianjin's historic architecture created a truly worthwhile experience. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Lobby Manager Yan Qiaoxuan and Front Desk staff Huang Yucong for their care and assistance during my family's stay.

Even before I arrived, Xiao Hui from the front desk called me to ask for my estimated arrival time and upgraded my room. After finding out it was my husband's birthday, she unexpectedly upgraded us directly to the largest presidential suite on the top floor – what a pleasant surprise! 😍😍😍 They even prepared a little surprise for us, I'm so grateful! 😘😘😘 The hotel's location is very convenient; just across the street are the Xibei Corner Food Street and the subway, and it's only one stop from Tianjin West Station. It's also next to two shopping malls, which is very handy. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Facilities: The elevators are incredibly fast, and the rooms are well-equipped with excellent soundproofing. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere, and even had a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Environment: The location is superb, making it extremely convenient for visiting Wudadao or Binjiangdao – perfect for a city walk. From the room, you can enjoy views of Tianjin Station and the city's light show. Service: Check-in was quick and efficient. All the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. I initially only booked for one night, but because the experience was so good, and I happened to have some free time the next day, I decided to extend my stay for another night. This is a highly satisfying hotel! I highly recommend it!

The hotel's aesthetic leans towards a dark, cool style, which, while striking, didn't feel particularly warm or inviting. It also seemed to mirror the demeanor of the staff. I wasn't really a fan. There was a distinct fragrance throughout the lobby, corridors, and even in the rooms. Perhaps a specially curated scent. I couldn't really decide if it was good or bad, but personally, I found it a bit cloying – not necessarily heavy, but definitely not fresh or invigorating. This, combined with the dark aesthetic, created a rather unsettling atmosphere that made me feel uneasy and want to hurry through. Really wasn't keen on it. The hanging lamps in the lobby were quite tasteful, as were some of the decorative pieces. However, the tassels on the lamps – I consistently perceived them as black, which I wasn't fond of. Later, I realized the tassels were actually dark blue. Yet, depending on the lighting and angle, they still appeared almost black. After this experience, I just wanted to go home and wear vibrant red for the next ten days or so to lift my spirits. Note: For your reference. While a change in the color palette might significantly help with FS [unclear what 'FS' refers to, possibly a specific aspect or metric], this is merely for consideration. We’ve stayed at this hotel at least three times. It’s special to us because we got engaged there. This time was disappointing. At check-in I asked the customer service representative who helped us to check in to add breakfast for each day of our stay. She didn’t do it. Also, I pre-booked a spa day for two people but when we arrived at the spa, there was only one person working.
