Emerald hotel in aizawl is undoubtedly the best hotel in aizawl for its service and professionalism. Well trained stuff and good quality food with a very neat and clean rooms. Easily a 5 out of 5 star.

standard single room is so standard so avoid leaving in, cos no geyser and bed is broken, quilt is so bad.
but room and bathroom is neat and clean overall value of money.
staff behaviour is best , food is good, service is also good.

The stay was amazing. The hospitality of the people is on another level. From booking cars for our travel to airport pick and drop, we didn't have to bother at all with anything. The food from the in-house restaurant was good too. We got a free upgrade to a studio apartment and the kitchen and utensils were of very good quality also. Overall 11/10
