La Villa e Col Fosco gradevoli cittadine a pochi km, per non parlare della adiacente Val Gardena con le sue rinomate localita’ Selva, S. Cristina e Ortisei

Super happy to live here! The environment is good and hygienic, the service is good, breakfast is good, everything is full, and there are swimming pools and spas. I'm the most satisfied hotel of all the trip. I'll return to revive it when I have time.

One of the Life Hotels. Located halfway up the canyon, it overlooks the city at the foot of the mountain (not isolated, suitable for self-driving). The view is very wide, the hotel facilities are complete, the room area is very large in the same level, especially the swimming pool has excellent water quality. The children who traveled with us were charged half the room rate, which is probably the practice of hotels in the German-speaking area. The front desk responded gently and politely, impeccable.

Everything is great, parking is opposite the hotel, but it needs to be paid. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, which is very convenient for guests. The rooms are small but very warm and comfortable, the bathroom is large enough, the mini bar has quite a variety of drinks, and the breakfast is rich.

We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

Stayed with family during the Christmas markets in December 2022. Very large clean room with built-in bay window... with lots of sofas and a table, very useful for lunch breaks or snacks. Bathroom equipped with hygiene kits (shampoo, shower gel and hand cleanser) really excellent. Very good breakfast and convenient internal parking. Absolutely recommended for a trip to Bressanone!

Nel mio caso non ne ho usufruito perché viaggiavo in treno, ma la struttura offre anche un parcheggio sotterraneo. Unico piccolo neo, l’assenza di deposito bagagli.

Nice hotel , everything new and modern , super comfortable and large bed , very beautiful bathroom , abundant and excellent breakfast , very close to the museum that I suggest to visit , and at less than 1 km walk you reach the center , I advise you this beautiful hotel for who wants to stay in Trento

Having never been to this area before, but always wanting to ski in the Dolomites, I did some research online looking for an adult only hotel. I arrange the booking for myself and a friend and hoped that the hotel was all it looked to be online and, thankfully, it was (and more). From a lovely welcome at reception, to a really good sized room, incredibly stylish and tasty meals and a fabulous wellness centre, Hotel Olympic Spa did not disappoint. The staff (and owners and family) were all delightful to talk to and very helpful, I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend. A few tips: we arranged our ski hire before we went but there is no need as the hotel has an arrangement with a local company who can deliver and pick up your skis at the end of your stay. The ski bus is not included on your lift pass, you will need to purchase a separate pass. The Buffaure lift in Pozza (a short bus ride away) takes you to an area that is mainly reds but does give access to the much larger Sella Ronda ski area. The larger Catinaccio lift in Vigo (an even shorter bus ride away) takes you up to an area with a mix of blues and reds and is ideal for beginners (as my friend was).

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in early August. We can't speak well enough about the staff--kind and informative--and about the location, close to many wonderful trails and hikes. Our room was spotless and essential. Don't expect a 5* hotel, but everything you need is there. The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. We had dinner at the hotel twice. The first time the restaurant was pretty empty, so our plates were generously refilled for free. The second time the restaurant was busy but we ate well. Food is mostly home-made and traditional. Don't expect fancy presentations or fine cuisine, but everything was fresh and tasty. Menu options are limited, but that's reasonable given that there is only one cook and she makes almost everything from scratch. Don't hesitate to ask staff for hike recommendations. We were given plenty and their adivice was excellent. We loved our stay and we would definitely come back!

Our winterholiday nr 8 at the magic Adler Dolomiti. We love to come to this beautiful resort. They maintain this hotel so good, it looks brand new even its a old classy resort. Service level is top notch all over the building. Great swimningpools, gym & spa area. All the hotel are on a very high level. Room cleaning top score. Bar in evening with pianomusic very cosy. In the restaurant they serve a great 5 cource dinner every night, they are extremly flexibel with the menu. Breafast of top class. Our main waiter Juraj took very good care of us all week with a lovely mood. Also Sara, Gianni & Reni provided service on absolutely top level. On the negative side prices are to high now. Also they removed the very popular afternoon snack with hams, soups, bread, sausages & snacks. This is hugely missed after long days in the slopes. We already booked our winterholiday for 2025. Go here & spoil yourself! Perfect location in beautiful Ortisei. Best skiing in all Europe with Sellaronda.

This hotel was meh and felt a little scammy. We ended up in Bolzano for 1 night coming from the Dolomites and didn’t have a room anywhere. I always prefer to book directly thought the hotel rather than a third party and on their site, it mentioned a double room with breakfast for €117. I emailed right away and within 20 minutes received a reply with a quote for €195. I asked about the cheaper rate and was told it was no longer available, so I booked at the higher rate. However, once we checked in the following night, I got curious and checked again for the same night and the €117 price said it was still available for that night. I felt like they used that to lure you in. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly but our room was a little outdated and the floor felt like there were soft spots or holes in multiple places. I can deal with outdated but the holes covered by carpet were weird. The place was clean and a good size and also fairly quite so no complaints there. In addition, they had parking available for a few. When you book you have to select their garage, however, the do have a few uncovered spaces available that are a little cheaper but are first come first served and not reservable so ask about those. If you are coming by car, get directions on where to park before you get there. It is in a busy area right by the train station so we pulled into the garage next door and ended up having to pay and extra €2,50 AND had to move the car. The location is great for both the train station and the old town is walkable in about 5-10 minutes. The breakfast selection was quite large and had an assortment of coffee, pastries and fresh items.

We just came back from a couple of days holidays in Bolzano. this hotel was one of the best hotels we have been so far. Excellent location (7 minutes walk from station and right in the center of town), immaculate and good size rooms, wonderful spa and Jacuzi, ... Breakfast was good but a bit limited on variety. Staff are very friendly and helpful, specially Shabab who gave us a lot of super useful tips about the city and sightseeing. He also helped us to upgrade the room which was amazing. We could not fault anything in the hotel. We were also impressed with free Bolzano Card which was offered by hotel and is really fantastic for using cable cars, buses etc free of charge. We'd definitely go back.

While many seem to like this hotel, we can't say the experience was that enjoyable. The building feels tired, with an interior renovation done in an 80's style appearing dated. We followed the directions to the underground carpark (thankfully provided by the hotel), and discovered steps up and down to get to the hotel, and then up again to get from reception to the elevator. Hardly a deal-killer, but annoying nonetheless to schlep the luggage after a long day. Interior decor was surprising - it was neither ”classic old” nor ”modern chic”. Instead the reception area felt like something you might see at the counter of a Jamba Juice in a nondescript American mall. It was probably refreshing when first built, but style, particularly Italian style, has moved on significantly. Out of the elevator we found more stairs to get to our room. It was certainly spacious, but the style again felt dated. The bed was in a loft, up a set of noisily-creaking stairs, with a sloping roof skylight. Window coverings were good, blacking out the light of a very early sunrise, but we couldn't get the air conditioner to get the room below 22 or so (roughly 71), downstairs, and it was warmer still upstairs - all making for an uncomfortable night. The location was good for wandering around the old part of the City, but we have to believe that there are other centrally-located hotels offering a better experience. On any future trip we would likely opt for a stay in the beautiful surrounding area, visiting the old town (which the City seems to be intent on further improving) on a day trip.

We stayed in an apartment here in 2019 and based upon the experience of this we re booked for our 2024 stay of 10 nights. Again we had a superb stay, the apartment was immaculate, quiet and very comfortable. It is also very secure. Our apartment had a good size balcony with clothes line which was very handy for our stay. The kitchen area had an oven cooktop, full size fridge and cutlery plates and cooking utensils. The location is ideal as well a supermarket is a short walk away, and also some smaller shops for milk bread and fruit very close by. The hotel does have a great restaurant and we dined here a couple of times for dinner well priced great food and excellent customer service. A bus top is in front of the apartment which enabled trips to another Town called Merano and the bus into Bolzano including a stop over the road from the Train station. Would highly recommend booking a stay in these apartments, there is parking on site and lift to access the apartments, noting the lift can offer access to apartment floors if you are staying there as you have a key to access the floors.

With Bolzano picked simply as a midway stop for our drive from Germany to Tuscany, we weren't expecting too much of the town but this hotel looked promising. We were pleased that BOTH exceeded our expectations. The city is vibrant and picturesque to where we wish we had stayed a few days instead of just a day and a half. As for Hotel Hortenberg, it was delightful and had an impressive feel. Our room (101) was clean, spacious, quiet, tastefully decorated, and with a generously sized bathroom. We found the staff to be welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast bar had something for everyone, with all selections fresh and well supplied. The garden and pool area were a pleasant oasis where barely a noise was to be heard from outside the property walls. The view up the mountain towering over the hotel and neighborhood was impressive. We hope to return to this area one day and to choose this hotel again.

Hotel is lovely and all good quality. . Our room was an executive liberty and was large with everything you need. Location was perfect for the centre of Riva. Breakfasts were good although rather busy at the chef station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area is clean but just not enough sun beds for the amount of guests. Spa was great which we used when we were unable to go round the pool. Towels and robes available. I would recommend this hotel and would return if I ever return to Riva.

We just spent the last week of January in this hotel. The rooms were adequate and covered all the basics. The staff were friendly and tried their best. The main complain was the food. Breakfast was acceptable but dinner was terrible. They offered various options but food was either cold, badly prepared or tasteless. Even tortellini in ”brodo” that is such a simple dish, was inedible. The menu did not reflect what was served. Canederli in ”brodo” was actually in butter and only one dry, tasteless ”canederlo”. Porcini mushrooms was not porcini but a mix of different mushrooms. Meat was tough and tasteless. Pasta and gnocchi was always overcooked, cold and without salt. My husband is intollerant to cow milk and even after making this very clear a week before, they still served desserts and breakfast items to him with milk powder inside. A real shame as generally food is good in Italy.

Very courteous and helpful staff, wide choice for breakfast and the buffet constantly replenished, room suited to our needs, we stayed for 3 nights, for a trip out of town, during the day we were out and in the evening we returned to the hotel, a little The heating temperature is high, well cleaned. Located near the Rovereto Sud motorway exit, 20 minutes from Riva Del Garda and 30 minutes from Trento.

It was a stay over exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, staff was friendly, helpful and professional, especially the girls @ the F.O. In particular Marina, she assisted me for most of my visits around the region ( public transportation) etc… The food @ breakfast was devine, all local ingredients, natural and fresh. Home made pastries, as a foodie myself who believe in local food supplies, freshness and natural ingredients, i loved everything, every bite! The room is spacious and very clean with contemporary design. The bed is big and comfortable, at the end of hiking day, it was nice to rest in such a company.
