Cairns Airport is an international airport that serves as the gateway to tourism in the Great Barrier Reef. It is about 10 minutes by car from the city center, so it is easily accessible and the journey was smooth. The terminals are divided into **domestic flights (T2) and **international flights (T1), and both are relatively compact. The flow of traffic was simple, and I was able to complete the procedures smoothly without getting lost. Security checks were also not crowded, giving the impression of being stress-free! There are souvenir shops, cafes, burger shops, etc. inside the airport, so you can enjoy a quick meal and shopping. There are also plenty of koala and kangaroo goods that are typical of Australia, making it perfect for some final shopping. It was also nice to relax on the sofa seats and reflect on my trip. The weather was excellent, and taking a helicopter ride was definitely worth it. Although it only lasted 10 minutes, the aerial view offered a vast expanse of blue ocean, with crystal-clear water that seemed to reveal the coral reefs below. The water was a bit cold and took some time to get used to, but while snorkeling, you could see many fish. However, there were also many bleached corals, so it's important to cherish the scenery that is still visible.
