Exploring Bahariya’s Wonders Our first stop was the Black Desert, where volcanic hills and dark rock formations made the landscape look almost surreal. From there, we headed to Crystal Mountain, a shimmering ridge of natural quartz reflecting the afternoon sun, making the hills sparkle like something out of a dream. Then came the highlight—sandboarding on the towering dunes. Climbing up the soft sand was a challenge, but the thrill of sliding down with the wind rushing past made it all worth it. I laughed as I tumbled a few times, but the experience was pure fun and adrenaline. Barbecue and Stargazing in the White Desert As sunset approached, we reached the White Desert, one of Egypt’s most mesmerizing landscapes. The strange, wind-sculpted chalk formations stood like giant sculptures, glowing in the soft orange and pink hues of the setting sun. It felt like stepping onto another planet. #Overseas travel I went to the Bahariya Desert for 2 days and 1 night!! I went on a tour I heard that the Bahariya Desert, which takes more than 4 hours to get to from Cairo, used to be a sea😶 I was surprised by the desert's appearance, which was completely different from the sand dunes I usually knew!! I visited many places such as the Black Desert, White Desert, and Crystal Desert, and at the end, I went camping for 1 night while looking at the Milky Way⛺️ There was no place to wash or a bathroom, so it was a little inconvenient... but it was an incredibly romantic experience to fall asleep in the middle of the desert while looking at the falling stars😆 My parents in their 50s were with me~ The guide took pictures so diligently, and the food provided was so delicious that I didn't have to struggle much and just made memories for 2 days and 1 night..🥹🥹

Stepping into a very different #Egypt. It felt like we were on another planet. The White Desert use to be a large sea basin millions of years old. What's left are these massive concentrations of calcium that have eroded over time to create unique structures that are pure white in parts. At night the animals come out to play, which is amazing considering how arid the land is - another lesson from #nature that it's all about adapting to thrive in life!
