While strolling around the city of Sendai, I saw flags and signs advertising "Sendai specialty 'Mabo Yakisoba'". Since I was a tourist, I couldn't help but try the local cuisine, so I tried the Mabo Yakisoba at Ton Ton Ramen. After placing my order, the Mabo Yakisoba (950 yen) arrived. When I flipped over the mountain of mapo tofu, I could see a glimpse of the yakisoba. It even came with soup!
