This famous Buddhist temple, dating from the 8th and 9th centuries, is located in central Java. It was built in three tiers: a pyramidal base with five concentric square terraces, the trunk of a cone with three circular platforms and, at the top, a monumental stupa. The walls and balustrades are decorated with fine low reliefs, covering a total surface area of 2,500 m2. Around the circular platforms are 72 openwork stupas, each containing a statue of the Buddha. It is true that Lubang Sewu is considered a new vacation destination in Wonosobo. It even has an excellent popularity among tourists. The problem is visitors must come to the site at the right time. It is because the local lake may flood the site, especially during heavy rain. The best time to visit the site is during summer, when the rainfall is low. Also, lots of visitors come to the site during holidays. That means it can be quite uncomfortable for some people, as they don’t have the chance to find the good spot for photography. The right time to come to Lubang Sewu is between August and September when the weather is nice with less rain. Aside from photography, you can do many things there. These include an exploration, getting around the site and the nearby lake. For those who want to fish, they must carry a fishing rod and other necessary equipment. There are four rivers in Jatijajar Cave namely; Puser Bumi River, Jombor River, Mawar River and Kantil River. The rivers have fresh and clear water. The rivers are not like watering rivers like the ones above in general. Winong Waterfall has a unique characteristic, which is its slanting landscape. Due to this uniqueness, most visitors want to climb up to the top as it is considered safe and easy. Another important feature is called Watu Kelir – three big stones residing near to the falls. Ketep pass is a public tourism which is located in Ketep village Sawangan. The visitors can see directly through the mountain. Klothok Beach combines beauty and serenity. It looks calm but alluring. The shoreline is surrounded by two big green hills as well! You can climb those hills and take better photos up there! Unfortunately, you won’t be able to play sand freely on the shoreline due to the presence of wave breakers. As an alternative, you can explore the site and walk on coral landscapes that surround the area. The beach’s main feature is the wave breakers located in the midst of the shoreline. These natural borders prevent big waves from coming near to the land, actually. Not only they are functional, but they also become a perfect object for photography. 𝗝𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗿, 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗮 🇮🇩 Journey to the volcanoes. 🌋 📝 The 6-day, 5-night journey is not too long but enough to experience the obstacles and then enjoy the fruits of victory together. ✔️ 7-hour connecting flight Hanoi - Bali - Surabaya ✔️ Watch the sunrise at the fairy-tale village of Semeru hidden under the misty mist, watching the active Semeru volcano. ✔️ Trekking through the forest, climbing passes, wading streams, crossing waterfalls, overcoming dangerous roads to admire Tumpak Sewu Waterfall with thousands of waterfalls. ✔️ The 2am trek to Kawah Ijen acid lake. The first time trekking on volcanic rock in the dark night surrounded by toxic gas. (Two words: DISASTER) ✔️ Still 2am, on a specialized Jeep officially started to conquer the boiling Bromo volcano, ready to erupt at any time. Climbing passes, crossing waterfalls, climbing rocks, ... and what could be more wonderful than sitting on a colorful jeep moving on the black desert created from the volcanic ash of Mount Bromo. Watching the contrast of the black ash, the lush green vegetation emerging to find sunlight. Only then can we see how terrible the power of nature can be when it rises and how life always thrives even in the harshest conditions. Jawa Timur, the name has long aroused my curiosity and desire to explore this place. And I really thank the brothers who have accompanied me on this journey. Even though we had to move a lot, wake up very early, the trekking route was difficult, the air was toxic, but we always brought each other positive energy, supported each other in every situation. Borobudur Temple is located in Magelang, Central Java Province on Indonesia's Java Island. It is known as one of the "Four Great Ancient Monuments of the East." The temple is 123 meters wide and 42 meters high, built by the king of the Sailendra Dynasty who practiced Mahayana Buddhism. It greatly promoted the spread of Buddhism in the Java region and has undergone multiple renovations throughout history. The temple is surrounded by terraced rice fields and lush green mountains, creating a beautiful and peaceful environment. It receives 63,900 international visitors annually.

#favouriteitinerary The Plaosan Temple is a mere 6 mins drive away from the Prambahan Temple. From its architecture, characteristic of its temple top is Hinduism, while the base is Buddhism, thus at first sight i cannot figure out whether Plaosan is a Buddhist or Hindu Temple. But as the story unfold, as differences of religion and ideology cannot separate the love of a Hindu King and his Buddhist Queen, to support and strengthen one another, this Temple is built to reflect their love which can be seen in the architecture of Plaosan Temple. Hence the physical structure of the temple is also a marriage & union of their individual belief/religion. The Plaosan Complex consists of 2 main temples surrounded by stone walls. Surrounding the stone walls are mostly ruins of the ancillary temples. The Temples are ornamented with decorations carved with beautiful details. The stairs up the temple has dragon head ornaments on its banister. Sadly about half the temple structures were damaged by the previous major earthquakes. Nevertheless, the Temple Complex is peaceful and quiet, Dwarapala statues can be seen standing, like guards on sentry duty. There were no any street peddlers touting or to telling us to buy their products. Very peaceful , not crowded with spectacular view of the whole green land !!

Stopped for morning coffee at one of the best coffee roasteries in Solo called @koeslancoffee, home of ICRC and WCRC champ mas @wisnu_aji3. Actually, this place is only focused as a roastery and there is no seating area, but here we can buy single cups of coffee and enjoy it in the back lobby area which is quite cool and shady. Maybe this place will become one of my favorite coffee shops in Solo. The design is authentic with a vintage-industrial feel with a touch of tropical vegetation which makes the atmosphere even cooler and more comfortable. The seating area is also very spacious, there are three floors of indoor and outdoor areas surrounding the coffee bar. The beverages vary from classic coffee to manual brew. When I was back in Semarang yesterday I stopped by for coffee at the 3rd branch of @folkafe which is located inside @alvaauto.ev Gajahmada. I really like the elegant design of the coffee bar with a minimalist nuance, in harmony with the calming and comfortable two floors of the seating area.
