You can take a ferry to go to Eceabat, where just next to the pier, there is a amazing monument for WWII. Walk along the sea front for about 1km, you can enjoy the breeze and some other monuments. When you are done, you can go to Kiilibahir, which is about 5km away. For us we hike there, but just be careful that some of the roads are only for vehicles, so need to walk with attention to the traffic. However, the traffic were not heavy. Otherwise, there should be transportation to go there. Once you arrived Kiilibahir, you need to visit Kiilibahir castle. It’s better to rent a audio guide, which is not that expensive. It won’t take you too long to walk through the castle. You can see how the Turkish people lived in the old days.

Arrive in Türkiye after 12 hours of flight, This is where the day's journey begins. We stayed at a hotel in Canakkale town on the second night. The hotel is not big but comfortable and clean. Wet and dry are separated, and basic towels and toiletries are provided. The room has good lighting and you can see the street when you open the curtains. There are many businesses and supermarkets nearby. You can still take a look around before having dinner. Take a look at the local street scene. Let's go to the supermarket to buy some things.
