In the dream of Jiangnan, there is always an ink painting of Changshu. "Seven streams all flow into the sea, and ten miles of green mountains half enter the city." The early spring of the Snake year brings warm weather, making it a wonderful time to visit Changshu to enjoy the scenery. The colorful Yushan Mountain is fascinating, and strolling through the mountains and forests, you will see winding paths, towering ancient trees, and dappled sunlight.
In the Xingfu Temple, Buddhist chants can be heard everywhere, pilgrims come in an endless stream, and koi fish swim in the pond, evoking the laughter of young people sitting by the pond.
Shang Lake has clear, sparkling water and is surrounded by mountains. The lake and mountains complement each other, and the scenery is very charming, moving and beautiful. A small boat cuts through the lake and travels through the water forest. The red maples and metasequoia trees on both sides interweave to create a picturesque picture that is moving.
In the afternoon, the golden ginkgo trees, fiery red maple leaves and the towering square tower in Fangta Park make people linger and stop here.
At dusk, we stayed in Qinhu Town, living by the water, at the Changshu Longteng Hilton Hotel on the shore of Qinhu Lake in Changshu, and went to the Chongyan Specialty Restaurant and Bar, which opened in February, for a big meal. It was a happy early spring feast.

The name of the restaurant Ember actually literally means "embers, afterglow, and residual heat". Here, the quick cooking method is abandoned, and the steak is carefully grilled over a slow fire to retain the original flavor and tenderness of the steak.
