The century-old building is well-preserved, with traces of time visible everywhere, yet it incorporates modern decor elements seamlessly. Located near the University of Technology Sydney, The Old Clare Hotel is adjacent to the famous Spice Alley, a small street filled with bustling Asian-style restaurants. It's also within walking distance to Sydney Central Station, making it very convenient in terms of transportation. We were upgraded to the Connell Queen Room, which is a spacious 28 square meters. The Old Clare Hotel's taste is commendable, with well-chosen antique furniture that adds a nostalgic classical feel to the space. It was very comfortable to stay in, and we were very satisfied.

#February travel support event 📍Four Points by Sheraton Sydney Central Park 1 King Bed This is the guest room with 1 king bed that I stayed in during my trip to Sydney! I arrived at 7am and asked for early check-in, so I was able to take a nap right away! The bed was wide and there was a sofa, so it was convenient to eat late-night snacks at the hotel. For those looking for a Sydney hotel, I recommend the Sheraton Sydney in Sydney Central Park!

It is located right across from the University of Sydney, so it is in Central Park, where many people visit even late at night. There is a mart next to the hotel, and there are many cafes and restaurants around, so it is a good hotel to eat near the hotel! And it is used as a crew hotel by a foreign airline! I trusted the hotel more because I used it with a foreign airline that cares about employee welfare! If you are planning a trip to Sydney, go here!

However, the door cannot be completely closed, so it is only suitable for a family to stay together. 🚿 The room layout of The Old Clare is really good. We had three large suitcases, but the room still felt very spacious and comfortable. The bed is super comfortable, and you can hardly hear the noise outside, so you can sleep very well. The environment is cozy and relaxing. Good place to spend time with friends. We tried their new roar bar menu, they gave us their desserts to try for free. And if you become a member they also send some dinner coupons for their new roar bar menu. Their menu is mostly dishes to be shared; we had crab rolls, tuna tartare and the trout, and the beef tartare which was fantastic. Food came very quickly, which was good because I was starving. Every dish was a treat for the taste buds, but a few stood out to me in particular. The fermented potato bread with salmon roe and kefir cream was a unique and flavorful combination. The natural rock oysters with finger lime pearls added a delicate touch of freshness.The ceviche was fresh and bursting with flavors, while the lemon pancake provided a perfect sweet note to end the meal on a high. Lovely decor - clean, modern, and didn't feel cramped. Loved the little hooks under the bar table to hang bags/ jackets. Bar Staff / sommelier gave great suggesting to help pick a wine that suited my personal preference. We ordered about 5-6 dishes to share among two and thought it was the perfect amount. We really enjoyed the oysters (natural / fingerlime/ hot sauce), the kingfish sashimi, the king prawns and the rice claypot…. The service was attentive and professional, enhancing the overall dining experience.
