The exterior is plain, but the interior is cozy.
There are about 6 round tables, and when we went around 5pm on Sunday, we were the first customers, but it was full when we left.
I think it's always been like this every time I've visited again. The menu is simple, consisting of gopchang, makchang, daechang, yeomtong, and fried rice.
We can't eat daechang because it's too rich, so we ordered one gopchang and one makchang.
They served it right away, and soy sauce and sesame oil sauce came out. Ah, there are aprons, so if you need one, ask the staff! First, pickled cucumbers and bean sprout salad are served as side dishes.
The oyster mushrooms and liver are only served on weekdays, so they don't serve them on weekends to ensure freshness. ㅠㅠ
The side dishes and sauces are in the self-service bar, so if you run out, you can refill them! Garlic, ssamjang, kimchi, and green onion kimchi are also served.
I've tried green onion kimchi from other restaurants, but the green onion kimchi here is really delicious. ㅠㅠ
I always refill the green onion kimchi whenever I come here. They serve seonji hangover soup, and this hangover soup is one of the reasons I often visit this restaurant along with green onion kimchi.
I first tried seonji here, and it was so rich and delicious.
The broth is refreshing and really delicious. It would be nice if seonji hangover soup was also included on the menu! You absolutely must not skip the green onion kimchi and blood kimchi soup..!! Gopchang and makchang came out~
It takes a while to come out because it is somewhat pre-cooked.
But a lot of oil splatters, so it is much cleaner and better to come out pre-cooked!
In addition to gopchang and makchang, it comes with salted fish, onions, potatoes, oyster mushrooms, and rice cakes.
They asked if we would like green onion kimchi and kimchi on top,
but we said yes. For Koreans, fried rice is a must to finish off!ㅋㅋ
We were full, but we ordered a fried rice to finish it off neatly.
If you are looking for a gopchang restaurant in Haengsin, I confidently recommend !
