Four Points hotel is a decently priced hotel so you can definitely treat yourself with a suite experience here! It is located quite close to the central town area, with easy access to Grand Batam shopping mall and the smaller surrounding cafes. The room was spacious and furnished with a modern aesthetic, although it could definitely use more room decor as it can feel a bit bland. KFC, indomart, all the restaurants and minimarts also Eska spa just downstairs. Nagoya mall is 5 mins via grab which cost only $1.90 😍 Our favourite hotel to come for short getaway with our toddler, the hotel staffs recognised us whenever we come to stay as we are regulars 😁 Room is perfect and clean, we always book the one with balcony facing the pool as we have a toddler so she can go in and out to the balcony to maximise her energy and curiosity! Room service is great but singapore price! Shower is amazing as they have rain shower and strong water pressure. Spa is amazing and good pricing similar to Eska downstairs. Breakfast is always amazing with lots of varieties from local cuisine to western to japanese. Downside - hotel is near mosque so you can hear the call to prayer and quran recital in the morning and evening. Also if you stay on weekends there will be a weekend market next to the hotel in an open space parking lot. It can be quite noisy especially if your room is facing the city view which is the parking space view. Otherwise all is great!#2024

The service is good, friendly staff, and to go around, the best is to order Grab. Its a safe place, the security guard is always around and guests need an access card to go up to the room. Overall, it's a delightful and affordable choice for travelers looking for a cozy retreat in Batam.

Four Points Sheraton Batam has definitely one of the best breakfast buffet spread in town. We have baristas who go from table to table to concoct their breakfast mocktails. The location is perfect - conveniently close to shopping centres and restaurants, and just 15 minutes drive to Grand Mall. What makes it even better is that the hotel is directly connected to the ferry terminal and a shopping centre, making travel and leisure incredibly convenient. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. A special shout out Ms Indri at the front desk for being so cheerful, friendly, and helpful -she really made check-in a breeze. I also want to commend the housekeeping team especially Sihol and Tautik,for their passion and dedication. Breakfast at Goji kitchen & Bar is another highlight. The layout and variety are excellent, and it's a great way to start the day.The new service staff Ms July at Goji Kitchen also deserve praise for her excellent service attitude- friendly, attentive, and professional.The Goji kitchen & Bar Team and throughout the hotel all staff are friendly, cheerful, and genuinely welcoming - they are the true jewels of the Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay. One of my favorite bakery and food places. We have stopped by here several times and tried them during different hours of the day. Really good vibes & atmosphere. Food is delicious & great options on the menu both savory and sweet.Every detail for the food was amazing and also loved the lemongrass & ginger tea because there is real herb inside the tea pot. Super relaxing and delicious experience. On top of that, the staff who was serving my table was so nice and gentle. She was hardworking for take care my service and the terrace beautifully. #batamtrip

They have a bakery in the front and then as you walk inside there is a huge courtyard with a restaurant setting. This place has very nice ambience, many plants as decor: interesting and feels cool even in hot weather. It has two parts: one that people order a la carte, and another where you can point to food behind the glass counter and pay at the end of the line. The food choice includes Indonesian traditional food from many parts, western and some asian dishes. #batamtrip #localfood

They have a restaurant, as well as a cafe. The cafe is just small area at the front though. I did not try that. It is like warung style where you choose what you want to eat based on what they display there. Most of the food is ready to serve, so for quick eating, it will be a good option. The fast food is Javanese and all dishes seem rather sweet. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous .It's a bit like an art gallery with rustic tropical hard wood furniture and a small back yard garden. They have variety of indonesian. Excellent bakery items and clearly freshly roasted coffee and they take making it seriously. I had the mushroom toast and it was very well made, flavoured and seasoned. My friednd had the oats and she is incredibly happy with them and it reminded her of the ones she used to make at home. The baked goods are great too. It's reasonabley priced food for the quality and the atmosphere is vibrant and relaxed. The prices are acceptable. Love the vibes & staff is friendly. The coffee are very good and there are few method to brew your coffee. The food choices are limited and price are abit expensive then normal cafe, taste not bad. So if you dont like their food probably you only can go there for coffee and dessert I tried their Chicken Taco & definitely love it! Small space so does fill in quite quickly. Serves great coffee with a nice ambience. They allow you to stay and do your work here. I would really rate 5 star for the services and food but I’d be better if they have a section of clear windows. #batamtrip#staycation

We go there for coffee and breakfast whenever we are in batam and get the chance. We don't pick a hotel nearby, so unfortunately that's not often enough. Great service and great food and coffee! Seating is a little cramped and crowded though, so we usually takeaway our food and drinks. When you takeaway your coffee however, some baristas don't take as much care with pouring the milk carefully so as to produce the appropriate froth/foam and that ruins the experiences for me. This happens about 20-30% of the time, so hopefully the baristas will remember that this is important for most coffee drinkers who choose to pay for premium coffee, whether they're dining in or taking it away. #batamtrip #afternoonteatime
