I visited the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Spa at Lake Como in Milan, Italy, and it was absolutely amazing! I love staycations and have been to many places, but this one was truly the best. The spa facilities are incredibly large and luxurious, and from the moment you step in, you feel calm and healed. The massage was really detailed and professional. I mentioned that my shoulders and neck were very tense, and they focused on those areas perfectly. After the massage, my body felt so light. The scent of the oil used during the massage was so pleasant that it stayed with me. Overall, the atmosphere was very quiet and private, perfect for spending time alone. The staff were very friendly and attentive. After the spa, I had a cup of tea while looking at the lake inside the hotel, and at that moment, I felt like the protagonist in a movie.

#100WaysOfTravel Genuinely one of, if not the best hotels I’ve stayed in. From arrival until departure Lake Como Mandarin Oriental and its staff delivered an unforgettable experience. The hotel and its facilities are second to none and the onsite team provide an unrivalled level of service. Amazing buildings and grounds, good choice of restaurants, spa, fitness centre and a lake side floating pool all add to its charm. It was a shame to leave the grounds to explore Como as could easily have stayed in the hotel 24/7.

#EuropeTravel Great stay! Leaving after only one night, I felt like I was on holiday for a week. The service was very friendly and down to earth. Beatrice and Mario at the front desk were great. The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The spa and fitness team at the front desk and cleaning desk were also very friendly and helpful. The spa is a beautiful fitness and first class yoga room. Breakfast was delicious food and great smile service at the restaurant. Your property with the team was amazing, thank you for this unforgettable stay! I highly recommend staying at this resort in November. The atmosphere was quiet, the weather was perfect (45-65 degrees Fahrenheit), and the spa was great. I recommend visiting the spa even if you didn't book a treatment. All the staff there were very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service from 9am to 10:30pm daily to Como where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Lastly, the view from the resort! The photos we took don't do it justice. We can't wait to go back to Castadiva Resort & Spa!
