#localfinds I recently visited Bratislava Castle, and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Slovakia! Located on a hill overlooking the Danube River, the castle offers spectacular views of the city and even neighboring Austria. The entrance fee was €10, and it’s well worth it. The interior has been beautifully restored, and I loved exploring the historical exhibits that take you through Slovakia’s rich past. The castle’s architecture is stunning, with its four towers standing proudly against the skyline. While the inside of the castle was interesting, the real charm was walking around the grounds. The gardens are immaculate, and the panoramic view of Bratislava’s Old Town is a must-see, especially at sunset. Nearby, you can easily walk down to St. Martin’s Cathedral or take a stroll by the river. I spent about 2-3 hours here, but you could easily spend more time enjoying the view and exploring the nearby attractions. The hostel is nicely located near super market and many other attractions. This is a place where I would recommend staying. I walked around Bratislava. Bratislava doesn't have many tourist attractions, but the city is worth seeing. A recommended walking route is Starting from the Blue Church, passing through Roland Fountain, Michael's Gate, and St. Martin's Cathedral, and finishing at Bratislava Castle and the UFO Tower, it's roughly a half-day course. It’s an absolutely must-see place in Bratislava although it’s not mentioned in many tour guides so far. Plus, it’s just 15 minutes walk from the centre.

It was initially part of the neighboring gymnázium (high school) and served as the school chapel. It takes 15 minutes walking from the tourist center to get here.
