#rafting I just got back from an exhilarating rafting trip in Cagayan de Oro, and it was an absolute blast! 🌊 If you’re looking for an adventure that combines thrills with the beauty of nature, this is it. Known as the “City of Golden Friendship,” Cagayan de Oro is famous for its white-water rafting, and it definitely lived up to the hype. We booked our rafting experience with a local outfitter, and it cost around ₱1,200 per person, which included all the gear, a guide, and transportation to and from the river. The guides were super professional and made sure everyone felt safe while also making the experience incredibly fun. They even threw in a few surprises, like spinning the raft in the middle of the rapids, which had us all laughing and screaming at the same time! The Cagayan de Oro River is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and dramatic rock formations. The rapids range from beginner-friendly to more intense, so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned rafter. We hit about 14 rapids on our trip, and each one was a mix of adrenaline-pumping action and pure joy. 🚣♂️ One of the best parts was floating down the calmer sections of the river, where you could just lay back, take in the breathtaking scenery, and enjoy the moment. This is a Madrasa in Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City The students learn the Qur'an. it is located in Block 3 Lot 5 Villamar Subdivision, Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City. it is exclusive for girls as there is no space available for men. the students are taught how to read and write in Arabic. they mostly focus in Islamic Religion. the food contribution is two thousand and five hundred pesos a month for each student. There is just an enrollment fee of one thousand pesos though. Some cannot afford it, so depending on your financial situation, you can stay for free. just explain it to the management. Hikers and motorcyclists will delight in the opportunity to visit 300-year-old trees. There were more than three waterfalls that I counted. The 300+ year old Balacat tree and the nearly as old balete tree are two of my favorites. The fact that the family who manages the business is one of the sweetest and kindest people I've ever encountered is a huge advantage. If you're already in Cagayan de Oro City, you can rent a van and tell the driver to take you to Mapawa Nature Park in Barangay Cugman. You can alternatively take a jeepney to the Mapawa Crossing and take a habal-habal from there (P35,- one way) and arrange for a later pick-up with the driver. It's essential to call a few days ahead of time so that the facilitators can prepare and tell you whether the location is suitable for canyoneering, whether the weather is favorable, or whether it's already fully booked.#skiadventure #staycation #themepark #beachlife

This is the best place I’ve ever been in this city! The breathtaking view and serenity calms all the stress and anxiety that I had for all the sleepless nights for working 24/7. They even have an Infinity pool with a view, city view restaurant, cabins, mini zoo and a lot of fun activities which is a great place to connect with nature and people you love! 💓 There are no PUVs that can take you here so the best option is to rent or bring your own 4-wheel vehicle because apparently motorcycle is not that advisable since you’re going to deal with a bit of a rocky road. As for me, I took a motorcycle to get here, (hopefully I’d be getting on a 4-wheel vehicle next time) cause it took me a while to arrive since I’m making sure of my safety but in any way around, motorcycle is okay.
